Research On Emergency Management Of W Airport Under Public Hygiene Emergencies

With the global outbreak of novel coronavirus in 2020,the country,society and people pay more and more attention to public health safety.At the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was clearly pointed out that it is necessary to improve the emergency response capacity for public emergencies,strengthen China’s management of public health safety,in order to protect the lives and properties of the people.In the context of creating a dual cycle of domestic and international economy,the civil aviation industry will play a very important role in the future.The civil aviation airport is one of public places that people have the most contact with in their daily lives,and its public health emergency management is the top priority in public management.W Airport is a 10 million level throughput airport in eastern China,which plays a very critical role in the development of W City.In recent years,W Airport has frequently experienced public health emergencies.Although there have been no major mistakes in the process,it still has a very far-reaching impact on W City.With more frequent international and domestic exchanges,it is urgent to improve the emergency management of W Airport under public health events.This article selects W Airport as a research case,focusing on the current situation of emergency management in the event of public health emergencies at W Airport,using research methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey,and comparative research,and based on public health theory,crisis management 4R theory,and collaborative management theory,and summarizes and discusses the current problems of emergency management at W airport,these problems including:inadequate emergency plan exercises,untimely monitoring and warning of passenger information,difficulties in collaboration between relevant departments,and deviations in public health management initiatives.On the basis of these problems,this article analyzes the reasons for these problems,and the causes include: lack of scientific knowledge of public health,imperfect public health monitoring and early warning system,incomplete linkage mechanism among related departments,and lagging laws and regulations on public health.Based on the experience of public health emergency management at home and abroad,providing reasonable response strategies for public health emergency management at W Airport,including: strengthening public health emergency plan management,improving public health information monitoring and early warning system,optimizing public health emergency management linkage mechanism,and improving civil aviation public health emergency management rules and regulations,etc.The purpose of this study is to promote significantly improve the public health emergency management capacity of domestic civil airports.
