Study On Public Safety Management Of Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport

Nowadays,with the rapid development of China’s air transport industry,civil aviation plays an increasingly important role in promoting the development of human society.However,since the 21 st century,all kinds of serious public security incidents have occurred in the world,among which aviation safety incidents are the most serious ones with high casualties and great impact.All sectors of society are particularly concerned about aviation safety management.At the same time,strengthening and improving the daily management of aviation public safety is also the long-term persistent goal of airports all over the country,in which ensuring the public safety of passengers before and after taking the plane is the most important part of aviation public safety.The public security management of the airport not only ensures the safety of passengers’ lives and properties in the airport,but also safeguards the airport infrastructure and other security measures and service measures.In such a large environment,the research on airport public security management is an important measure to improve the safety factor of passengers’ personal and property,which can guarantee their travel safety,maintain the stability of social order and create a comfortable and safe boarding environment for passengers.Therefore,it is urgent to study and improve the airport public security management.This paper mainly focuses on the theoretical basis of public security management of Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport,the current practical work links and processes,the existing management weaknesses,analysis of the causes and related rationalization suggestions,etc.,mainly using the empirical research method,comparative analysis method and literature research method.Based on the basic concepts of "public security,civil aviation airport,public security management,air defense security",a series of researches on public security management measures are carried out in combination with the current development status and future development direction of Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport.Although the current management measures and methods of Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport have made some achievements,there are some problems in the aspects of airport public security management mechanism,airport safety culture construction,emergency response and information notification system.Based on the scientific and objective attitude,this paper studies the public security management of Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport,and puts forward practical solutions to the problems and deficiencies in four parts: the loopholes in the public security management system,the lack of public security culture,the imperfect emergency response measures,and the lack of linkage in the security management information system,so as to strengthen the public security management of Shenzhen airport The weakness of management,so as to improve the overall level of public security.
