Civil Aviation Airport Public Management Research

With rapid development of China’s economy,airlines have grown in both numbers and sizes.The airport transport industry has provided convenience for people’s travel and it has also brought various hidden dangers to social and public safety.It includes many serious airport public safety incidents.The various crisis events at the airport not only attract the attention of the public,but also become the subject of research by relevant scholars.How to efficiently protect passengers’ personal and property safety in the aircraft area has also become the focus of attention.Under this circumstance,airport public safety management theory came into being.The E-city international airport as a new type of international airport which was put into use in 2007,has practical problems such as weak personal safety awareness,lack of coordination among departments,and monotonous nature of security management body,and has the problems such as institutional imperfections,emergency mechanism flow into the surface in the system.The above factors have caused the airport safety management to be less efficient.It will not only affect the public safety management level of the airport in E-city,the immediate safety interests of the people,but will even greatly reduce the 4A tourism image that E-city have created.Therefore,as one of the employees in the E-city international airport which is the research object,through a personal investigation,I use the public safety theory,system security theory,and emergency management theory,first to analyze macroscopically the current institutions and responsibilities of the civil aviation airport public safety management in China,and then concretely set out from the actual situation of the E-city international airport,introduce the current main body,scope and responsibilities of security management.Based on this,combined with specific cases,I analyze the problems existing in the process in a public safety management of the various departments of the airport and then analyze the causes.Next,by drawing lessons from the experience of civil aviation airports in public security management at home and abroad,combined with the reality of the international airport in E-city,several practical countermeasures are proposed to help improve the public safety management level of the international airport in E-city.
