Non-contact temperature measurement has the advantages of fast dynamic response,high temporal and spatial resolution,and no interference with the temperature and distribution of objects.It can obtain the temperature information of objects in real time and online.Therefore,it can be widely used in high temperature measurement scenarios in the fields of national defense,industry and scientific research.It is one of the research hotspots of temperature measurement technology.In this paper,based on the background of non-contact temperature measurement,aiming at the temperature and temperature distribution of the target under laser irradiation,further theoretical and experimental research is carried out by analyzing spectral temperature measurement,thermal imaging temperature measurement and image fusion technology.Firstly,based on the principle of multi-spectral temperature measurement and the principle of thermal imaging temperature measurement,combined with the slow change characteristics of emissivity and the corresponding relationship between gray level and temperature,a fusion temperature measurement model is established.Secondly,the thermal effect of laser irradiation on the surface of aluminum alloy was simulated by COMSOL software,and the theoretical temperature of the target to be measured was obtained.Then establish a fusion temperature measurement experimental device,and the calibration experiment and the target irradiation temperature measurement experiment are carried out to obtain the target spectrum,thermal radiation image and visible light image.Finally,on the basis of data preprocessing,the spectral inversion calculation is carried out to obtain the temperature evolution process of the target irradiated point.Combined with the gray value matrix in the thermal radiation image,the temperature distribution mapping calculation is carried out,and the temperature distribution image is preliminarily formed.The detailed information in the visible light image is further fused to obtain the comprehensive results of the temperature distribution and morphology change of the target under laser irradiation.In this paper,the method of measuring the target temperature distribution by the fusion of spectrum,thermal image and visible image is proposed,which provides a new technical means for non-contact high temperature measurement,and has certain reference significance for solving the problem of how to detect the temperature distribution of high temperature objects.
