Cement slipform paver is a kind of construction machinery and equipment for paving cement concrete structures,which is widely used in the construction of curbs,catchment tanks,cement pavements,etc.However,due to the large volume of the mainstream products of the current road slipform paver,the width of the main engine is greater than the paving width,and it is difficult to carry out narrow and rugged road operations such as village roads and tunnels.A company developed a three-track slipform paver with compact structure and small size.In this paper,the hydraulic system of three-track slipform paver is studied by test and simulation methods,and the research and development of the hydraulic system of the whole machine is completed on this basis.Firstly,after analyzing the structure and operating conditions of a three track sliding form paver,this article conducted theoretical analysis and experimental research on two types of walking hydraulic system schemes,providing a basis for the development of a certain type of three track sliding form paver’s walking hydraulic system,thus completing the design of the walking hydraulic system.According to the operation principle and working condition requirements of this type of sliding form paver and the comparative study of the hydraulic system scheme,the hydraulic system design of the working device is completed;Secondly,the selection and verification of key components for the engine and hydraulic system were completed through dynamic analysis of the entire machine,load calculation of the working device,and analysis of the working speed;Finally,models of the walking hydraulic system and the working device hydraulic system were established using AMESim simulation software.Simulations were conducted on the walking hydraulic system and working device hydraulic system under typical working conditions,and the results showed that the walking hydraulic system has low pressure impact and can provide stable driving speed and sufficient driving force;The hydraulic system of the working device has independent adjustability and selflocking,and its synchronization and anti flow saturation ability are good,meeting the actual working conditions and functional requirements.
