| In the control system of aircraft,the steering gear is a very key part.Its running state and reliability index determine the overall performance of aircraft.Because the traditional manual testing of the steering gear has been unable to meet the test requirements in terms of data accuracy and efficiency,this paper designs and implements a set of automatic testing system for the electric steering gear.On this basis,in order to meet the testing requirements of other kinds of steering gear,the serial universal testing system of steering gear is studied.In this paper,the hardware platform is built and the testing software is designed and implemented.In the construction of the hardware platform of the test system,the overall structure of the hardware platform is designed,and its components are selected and designed.The functional modules designed and implemented in the test system software include system self-test module,rudder calibration module,automatic test module,database query module,waveform viewing and manual test module,user login and management module,parameter configuration module,etc.The development platform of the test system software is VC++6.0,and the test data is managed by SQL Server 2008 R2 database software.In order to reduce the influence of burr in test signal waveform on calculation of test value,a digital low-pass filter is designed to filter part of test signal waveform.On the basis of the electric steering gear test system,the pneumatic steering gear is added as the test object.Based on the common hardware platform,the serial universal testing system for electric steering gear and pneumatic steering gear is studied.In the case that the multifunctional data acquisition card track is sufficient,the electric steering gear and the pneumatic steering gear are accessed through different channels.The channel range of the electric steering gear and the pneumatic steering gear is recorded through the configuration file and the configuration file can be modified.Software design,respectively based on the source code,dynamic link library and COM components to electric steering gear and pneumatic steering gear common module and test process for packaging design,and each design scheme for the advantages and disadvantages of analysis.Finally,the software and hardware test of electric steering gear test system shows that the test system functions normally.At present,the electric steering gear test system has successfully passed the project acceptance and been delivered to use. |
