| Frequent public health emergencies, serious threat to human life and health. In particular, the outbreak of COVID-19 at the end of 2019 has caused serious troubles to people’s production and life, and forced people to change their way of life and concepts. The severity of COVID-19 has made people aware of the ability of buildings to provide collective security, viability and health in an emergency as the main place for human activities.High-rise office building as an important carrier of urban production and life, because of its concentration, the characteristics of transient stream of significant,it exposed the "short board" emergency design is worthy of attention and reflection.First of all,the purpose and significance of the research are clarified.By analyzing domestic and foreign research trends and relevant theoretical basis, the theoretical framework of emergency design research of high-rise office buildings from the perspective of major public health emergencies is set up.Secondly, taking the main urban area of Handan City as an example, four high-rise office buildings are selected as typical representatives based on layout types, functional properties and usage conditions through preliminary research.By analyzing the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of users in typical cases, the high-rise office building space is divided into three risk areas:external space, internal public space and office space.Based on the further field investigation of emergency design of Handan high-rise office buildings under public health emergencies, the current deficiencies of emergency design of different characteristics of Handan high-rise office buildings in four dimensions, including space, traffic, facilities and environment,as well as the demand characteristics of users were obtained.Based on the evaluation indicators related to architectural design in "Healthy Building Evaluation Standards" and "Green Building Evaluation Standards",combined with the results of investigation and analysis and literature reading, this thesis preliminarily selects the evaluation indicators, and uses the principal component analysis method and analytic hierarchy process. From the four dimensions of spatial planning, transportation organization, facility application and environmental construction,10 aspects and 31 index elements affecting the emergency design of high-rise office buildings were screened, and an evaluation model of high-rise office building emergency capability under public health emergencies was constructed. The weight values of all aspects and corresponding indicators are obtained from the comprehensive perspective through the expert scoring results, and the evaluation system is used to make an empirical evaluation of typical cases. In this study based on the design problem of high-rise office building emergency above, from the space planning, traffic organization, facilities, environment several aspects, such as emergency of handan city high-rise office building design, and the empirical study with the instances. From the perspective of public health emergencies, this thesis re-examines the composition and use characteristics of the emergency design space of high-rise office buildings, and explores the evaluation methods and optimization design ideas of emergency capability. The research results can be used as the basis for the evaluation of the resumption of work and production of high-rise office buildings, enrich the optimization methods of emergency design of existing buildings and provide suggestions for the redesign of future buildings. |
