Research On Evaluation And Optimization Ofurban Garden Space From The Perspectiveof Space Justice

With the rapid development of urbanization,urban park green space resources are squeezed by the built environment,which makes citizens’ demand for urban green space resources increasingly intensified.As a city green space which is closest to citizens’ life,the city garden is abundant and widely distributed.Therefore,it plays a vital role in beautifying the urban landscape,improving the ecological environment,improving the quality of urban space and healing the physical and mental health of citizens.However,at the present stage,city parks often present some phenomena,such as improper spatial scale,uneven spatial distribution,lack of spatial emotion,unreasonable facilities distribution,and weak citizens’ sense of participation.Therefore,it is necessary to make an in-depth study of urban gardens from the perspective of spatial justice.The research takes the urban garden as the research object,and takes literature analysis,field investigation and structural equation model as the main research methods.First of all,through field research,the typical gardens near residential land,near commercial and financial land and near cultural and office land are selected to analyze and summarize the existing problems at this stage.Then,based on the theory of spatial justice,sorting out the existing related research viewpoints,collecting expert opinions and combining the existing problems of urban garden,collecting the evaluation indicators from the perspective of spatial justice,and selecting the evaluation indicators through questionnaire analysis,so as to construct the evaluation index system of urban garden from the perspective of spatial justice.Five potential variables are extracted:observability,accessibility,inclusiveness,diversity and caring: the observability index pays attention to the problem of improper scale in the garden;Accessibility index pays attention to the uneven distribution in the garden;Inclusive indicators pay attention to the lack of spatial emotion in the garden;Diversity index pays attention to the unreasonable distribution of facilities in the garden;Caring index focuses on the weak sense of participation of citizens in the garden.Thirdly,the data model of urban garden evaluation is established by structural equation model method.The influence weights of potential variables and observation indicators are obtained,and the causes of the weight values are analyzed to complete the relevant evaluation of the garden.The overall situation is ideal,but there are still problems such as chaotic border treatment,unclear entrance signs,unreasonable parking design,insufficient greening management,lack of lighting monitoring facilities and single types of facilities.Finally,according to the five potential variables and the present situation of urban gardens,the corresponding optimization methods of urban gardens from the perspective of spatial justice are put forward from five aspects: observability,accessibility,inclusiveness,diversity and care,so as to improve the quality of urban gardens.In this thesis,the evaluation index system of urban garden is constructed,and the urban garden in the main city of Handan City is evaluated accordingly,and the shortage of urban garden space at this stage is obtained.This thesis puts forward the optimization strategy of urban garden based on spatial justice,and then perfects the knowledge system of urban garden evaluation index,so as to achieve the goal of urban garden space optimization based on spatial justice.It further expands the optimization perspective of urban garden,and has important practical significance for urban garden planning and construction.
