Optimization Strategy Of Riverside Public Space In Licun,Qingdao Based On PSPL Survey Method

Along with the transformation of Chinese urban development from extensive mode to fine governance,people’s demand for urban public space quality has increased,and it is particularly important to pay attention to and study the urban public space along the river.This paper takes the public space of Licun River riverside in Qingdao as the research object,builds the survey method of Licun River riverside public space based on the "PSPL survey method",investigates and analyzes the public space of Licun River riverside from the macro to micro,from the whole reach to typical nodes from the dual perspectives of public space(PS)and public life(PL),and puts forward the spatial optimization strategy.In order to provide ideas for the quality improvement of public space along the riverside of Li Cun River,and also provide reference for similar public space research.The thesis consists of six chapters and four parts:The first chapter begins with the development background of urban riverside public space,defines related concepts,and proposes the purpose and significance of the research by sorting out the status quo of relevant research at home and abroad.Then,the research object,research methods and technical routes are selected to pave the way for the investigation and research of riverside public space.The second part is the theoretical exploration,the construction of riverside space survey method.Firstly,relevant theories of "PSPL survey method" and urban riverside public space are studied,and the feasibility of applying PSPL survey method to urban riverside public space is discussed.Secondly,the status quo of Qingdao Licunhe riverside public space is analyzed,and on this basis,the research method system from macro to micro of Qingdao Licunhe public space is constructed.The third part is empirical research.The third chapter conducts an overall survey and analysis on the public space of Qingdao Licun River at the macro level,divides Licun River into 14 sections from north to south,evaluates the satisfaction of the design elements of each section of public space(PS),then studies the public life of the riverside(PL),and constructs the vitality index measurement.Origin software is used to analyze the correlation between the vitality value of the river reach and the satisfaction of the influencing factors,and it is concluded that the strong design influencing factors with a correlation coefficient greater than 0.75 are recreation facilities,public transport sites,architectural style and waterfront landscape.From the micro level,the fourth chapter selects 8 public space nodes with typical characteristics along the riverfront,carries out public space(PS)material element evaluation and public life(PL)survey on each typical space node,analyzes user needs and space problems of each typical node,and summarizes them into four aspects: ecological environment,regional humanity,water-city interaction and activity groups.The fourth part puts forward the spatial optimization strategy based on the previous investigation and analysis.On the macro level,the paper puts forward the design guidelines of riverbank line classification optimization design and influencing factors.On the micro level,the paper puts forward specific optimization design methods for 8typical riverfront public space nodes from four aspects: ecological environment,regional culture,water-city interaction and activity groups.At the end of the paper,the innovation and shortcomings of the research are summarized,and the future research is prospected.
