The development of new energy vehicles is the way to move from a large automotive country to a strong automotive country.According to the "New Energy Vehicle Industry Development Plan(2021-2035)",during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,China’s new energy vehicle industry will develop around "five strategic tasks".The global nature and complexity of the automotive supply chain makes the new energy vehicle supply chain in the vigorous development at the same time, must not ignore the management of risk, effective risk prevention can avoid unnecessary cost expenditure in the supply chain,to enhance the operational efficiency and economic benefits of the supply chain.New energy vehicles are booming and involved in a wide range of supply chain networks all over the world, and today’s globalized economic situation as well as trade conflicts, natural disasters and other events have more or less affected the automotive supply chain. Therefore, scientific and reasonable supply chain risk management is very important to reduce the probability of risk occurrence while enhancing the stability and safety of supply chain operation. This paper introduces the current situation of domestic and international research on the risk evaluation of new energy vehicle supply chain, and on the basis of the research on the risk of traditional automotive supply chain, combined with the characteristics and structure of new energy vehicles themselves, the risk factors of new energy vehicle supply chain are identified through the hierarchical holographic modeling(HHM)method, and then the aggregated risk factors are screened and analyzed to establish a new energy vehicle supply chain risk evaluation index system. The G1 method and entropy value method are combined and assigned to determine the comprehensive weights of risk evaluation indexes. The risk evaluation model of the new energy vehicle supply chain based on the improved physical topology method is constructed, and the original physical topology model replaces the calculation of the degree of association with the calculation of the degree of closeness to avoid the evaluation error caused by the principle of maximum affiliation, and the model is applied to a specific case study. The risks that need to be paid attention to in the new energy vehicle supply chain are information and technology risk,after-sales service risk and supply risk.Through the risk evaluation of the model, the enterprise members in the new energy vehicle supply chain can clarify their own situation and the risk status of the supply chain, scientifically promote periodic risk measurement, implement effective risk prevention management, and enhance the resilience and stability of the supply chain network. The proposed risk prevention and countermeasure suggestions are of certain significance and provide insights for future in-depth research on new energy vehicle supply chain risks. |
