Old Industrial Factory Areas Under The Tourism Complex Model Research On Reuse Strategies

The old industrial factory area is an important witness to the development of cities in China and an important component of the city,carrying people’s emotional memories and rich historical information.With the development of urbanization and the adjustment of industrial structure,old industrial plants are facing a crisis of abandonment and idleness.How to protect and reuse old industrial plants is an important research topic currently facing.Some old industrial areas have been transformed into museums,creative industry parks,and landscape parks through tourism development.However,in today’s society,economy,and culture,traditional industrial heritage transformation models are difficult to meet people’s multi-level needs and experiences.Adopting comprehensive methods is one of the effective ways to solve the problems of single function and homogenization in the protection and reuse of old industrial areas.From the perspective of tourism complexes,exploring strategies and methods for the reuse of old industrial plants under the tourism complex model provides diversified insights for urban economic and cultural revitalization,as well as the reuse of old industrial plants.It is of great significance for promoting old industrial plants as carriers of local revitalization.The renewal and development of cities are complementary to the protection and reuse of old industrial areas.From the perspective of combining the tourism complex model with the old industrial area,this thesis analyzes the theory and practice of protection and reuse of old industrial areas at home and abroad.The development process,characteristics,reuse mode,and practice of old industrial areas are analyzed,and Jingdezhen Taoxichuan Creative Plaza,Quanzhou Source,and 1916 Creative Industry Park are selected Conduct on-site research on the renovation projects of old industrial areas such as Yichang 809 Resort Town,Shanghai International Fashion Center,and Beijing Shougang Ruins Park.Summarize and analyze the design strategies for the renovation of old industrial areas,and combine the results of interviews and questionnaires to analyze the problems existing in the renovation practice.Summarize the types,characteristics,and planning layout analysis of tourism complexes,study the influencing factors of transforming old industrial plant areas into tourism complexes,propose reuse strategies for transforming old industrial plant areas into tourism complexes,and apply the strategies through the design practice of Handan Special Steel Plant.The thesis explores the reuse strategies of old industrial areas under the tourism complex model,providing different paths and transformation methods for the protection and reuse of old industrial areas.It provides theoretical support for the combination of tourism complex and old industrial areas,and plays an important role in improving the reuse model of old industrial areas,promoting the transformation of old industrial areas,enhancing people’s sense of identity,continuing local cultural memory,and achieving economic transformation of industrial relics,This provides a certain reference and reference for promoting urban renewal and the protection and reuse of old industrial plants.
