| The Outline of the "Healthy China 2030" Plan elevates "Healthy China" to a national strategy,stating that "health is an inevitable requirement for all-round personal development and the basis for economic and social development." As an education to promote a healthy lifestyle,food and education shoulder the mission of inheriting and carrying forward traditional culture.In order to better practice "healthy China" and firm "cultural confidence",it is imperative to develop food education.Through investigation and analysis,the author found that although China started late in the field of food breeding,in recent years,there have been many experts,scholars and social groups concerned about the healthy development of children,and they have made a lot of research and practice in exploring the food breeding education of Chinese children.In these explorations and researches,the design of food,culture and creative products for children is one of the important contents.At present,domestic cultural and creative products for children have problems such as lack of innovation in product development,small influence of cultural and creative brands,and insufficient attention to children.The theoretical researches on food breeding mainly focus on the interpretation of relevant policies,while the practical activities related to food breeding pay more attention to the cultivation of eating habits and the teaching of nutritional scientific knowledge,relatively ignoring the inheritance and promotion of traditional culture.Cultural and creative products have cultural and educational significance,is a suitable carrier for the development of food and breeding,worthy of our in-depth study.The author investigated and analyzed the target groups of children’s food breeding,the current situation of traditional food culture integrated into children’s food breeding,related products and brands of children’s food breeding and children’s cultural and creative products,summarized the needs and preferences of the target groups for food breeding and cultural and creative products,and proposed innovative design strategies for the later design practice,namely: food breeding information visualization,focusing on the fun of visual contact points;Enrich the types of food and breeding related products,improve the sense of interactive experience;Refer to mature early education brands to create a multi-sensory immersive experience;Rooted in traditional culture,through the means of design to help the integration of food education curriculum;Integrate the information of traditional culture related to food and breeding to provide a theoretical basis for design practice;Finally,based on the "beautiful Food light" children’s food brand,the design practice of children’s Spring Festival food custom creative products is carried out,and through the design experiment to verify the practicality and feasibility of the design.This research is rooted in the extensive and profound Chinese traditional food culture,and integrates the design thinking and methods into children’s food and nutrition.Centering on the "Beautiful Food Light" children’s food and nutrition brand and combining the physical and mental development characteristics of children,it carries out various forms of cultural and creative design such as food and nutrition picture books,food and nutrition games and food and nutrition packaging,so as to help children better understand the knowledge of life and nutrition science by means of entertaining and teaching.Develop good eating habits to achieve the purpose of inheriting and carrying forward traditional eating culture. |
