With the continuous development of society,the competition between enterprises has been evolved into the talent competition.With the medical and health industry development,enterprise is facing more and more challenges in talent training,in particular the training of professional and technical personnel has become a growing problem.At present,the existing talent training mechanism has been unable to keep up with the development of business enterprise.What the strategic measures should enterprises take to improve the core competence of professional and technical personnel,so that their ability can match with the positions,even the enterprise’s strategic planning,has become an urgent research and exploration of the topic.To solve the problem of matching the ability of professional and technical personnel with their positions,this paper makes an in-depth study of the training problem of Shenzhen MGI Co.,LTD.,especially for professional and technical personnel.This paper consists of six parts: The first part is the research background,research dynamics and research methods;The second part is the talent,training,and competency model related concept’s introduction;The third part is the professional and technical personnel training introduction of MGI’s.The fourth part is the professional and technical personnel training problem research introduction of MGI’s.The fifth part is professional and technical personnel competency construction.The sixth part is professional and technical personnel training optimization strategy introduction;The seventh part introduces research conclusion and research prospect.The structure of the paper is formed according to the logic of "current situation-problem diagnosis-strategy formulation – research result".This paper adopts scientific research method and technical route,in the form of questionnaire survey,behavioral event interview,induction and deduction guided by the post competence model direction,to investigate and analysis the current training mode combines the situation on the professional and technical personnel training of MGI.The paper summarizes the problems in the training operation mechanism,training resources construction and training application based on post competency model is given,and the effective implementation strategy is made.In this paper,based on the position competency model of professional and technical personnel training problem research and improve the optimization strategy,effectively enhance MGI’s professional and technical personnel knowledge,professional skills and comprehensive quality,so as to promote the staff’s work performance and prompted the company strategic goals,in order to maximize the benefits of promoting the medical health industry professional and technical personnel training.
