| The 14 th Five Year Plan emphasizes the need to adhere to innovation driven development,accelerate the development of modern industrial systems,and enhance the modernization level of industrial and supply chains.In recent years,the rapid development of the new energy industry has driven the development of the power battery industry,among which Ningde Times can be called a "giant" and "unicorn" enterprise in the power battery industry.This article takes the Ningde era as the research object and deeply explores the relationship between technological innovation,industry chain integration,and enterprise value creation in the power battery industry.Based on the characteristics of the Ningde era itself,the following three questions are proposed:What is the mutual influence relationship between technological innovation and industrial development in the power battery industry? What is the impact of industrial chain integration on the value creation ability of enterprises? What advantages can the dominant position in the industrial chain bring to enterprises?Through a review of existing literature,it is found that there is currently a lot of research in the academic community on the path of industrial chain development,supply chain collaboration,the impact of technological innovation on enterprise performance,and various factors on high-quality development of enterprises.However,there are few literature that organically combine technological innovation,industrial chain integration,and enterprise value creation,and clearly explain and analyze the mechanism of action between the three.Starting from the perspective of innovation driven development,this article first analyzes the development model of the power battery industry that belongs to the "technological innovation drives industrial development" category,and analyzes the consistency between technological innovation and market demand in Ningde Era’s technological innovation and patent layout characteristics.Then,it studies the main integration methods and effects of Ningde Era in the upstream,middle and downstream,and analyzes the mutual influence relationship between technological innovation and industrial chain integration,Finally,summarize the impact of technological innovation and industrial chain integration on enterprise value creation.The research conclusions of this article mainly include:(1)Technological innovation in the power battery industry will have a direct impact on the upstream and downstream of the industry chain,which is the core competitiveness of enterprises and has important significance for cost control and revenue growth;(2)Ningde Times takes technological cooperation as the connecting point,utilizes the synergy and scale effects generated by industrial chain integration to enhance its bargaining power,achieve cost reduction and business growth;(3)As a chain owner enterprise,Ningde Times can promote communication between upstream and downstream industries,reduce adverse effects such as information asymmetry,and further consolidate its market position;(4)There is a mutually reinforcing relationship between technological innovation,industrial chain integration,and enterprise value creation.Technological innovation has both direct and indirect impacts on enterprise value creation,and higher enterprise value will in turn continue to promote the efficiency of enterprise technological innovation and industrial chain integration,forming a virtuous cycle.The innovation points of this article are: firstly,from an industry perspective,combined with specific cases,exploring the mechanism of action between technological innovation,industry chain integration,and enterprise value creation,supplementing relevant research;Secondly,based on the characteristics of the selected case,the role and advantages that chain owners can play in the integration of the industrial chain are discovered,providing reference significance for the development of the "chain leader system" of regional industrial economy. |
