Research On The Integrated Development Of Urban And Rural Public Transport In Funing District Of Qinhuangdao City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)pointed out that efforts should be made to promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas,smooth the flow of urban and rural factors,comprehensively promote rural revitalization,and coordinate the layout of rural infrastructure and public services.Promoting the integrated development of urban and rural public transport is conducive to improving the level of infrastructure in rural areas,improving the supply of basic public services in rural areas,and is also an inevitable requirement for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.The rural area and population of Funing District of Qinhuangdao City are relatively large,and there is a large gap between urban and rural areas in terms of infrastructure and basic public service supply.Promoting the integrated development of urban and rural public transport is of great significance.Therefore,this paper takes the integrated development of urban and rural public transport in Funing District as the research object,using research methods such as literature analysis,questionnaire survey,and field survey,and based on in-depth analysis of the current situation,existing problems,and causes of the integrated development of urban and rural public transport in Funing District,proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the integrated development of urban and rural public transport in Funing District.Firstly,from the perspective of public management research,clarify the research status of integrated development of urban and rural public transport in terms of evaluation indicators,construction planning,policy measures,operation management,define the concepts of urban and rural integration,public transport,rural revitalization,and select governance theory,public product theory,and basic public service equalization theory as the research basis.Secondly,the current situation of the integrated development of urban and rural public transport in Funing District was analyzed,which is reflected in the clear needs,improved infrastructure,and accelerated progress of the integrated development of urban and rural public transport,and identified the problems existing in the integrated development of urban and rural public transport in Funing District,specifically manifested in the imperfect setting of urban and rural operation lines,incomplete facilities of urban and rural public transport stations,and low level of intelligent management of urban and rural public transport,and the reasons for the problems include insufficient government financial subsidies,incomplete overall planning of urban and rural public transport,and insufficient supervision and management of urban and rural public transport.Finally,in view of the problems and causes in the integrated development of urban and rural public transport in Funing District,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,including increasing support for urban and rural public transport,improving urban and rural public transport development planning,strengthening supervision and management of urban and rural public transport,improving the quality of urban and rural public transport services,and improving urban and rural public transport infrastructure.
