Muscle relaxation monitors have been used to clinically determine the nature of nerve blocks,to help doctors determine the timing of endotracheal intubation and muscle relaxant action,to assist in maintaining optimal muscle relaxation during surgery,and to help patients successfully pass the recovery period from anesthesia.In reducing the occurrence of various complications caused by muscle loose residues after surgery,it plays a key role in the rational and safe application of muscle relaxants.The current stage of the accelerotherapy muscle relaxation monitor is simple to operate and the man-machine link is simple compared to the myoelectric acceleration applied in the most recent applications.However,the treatment effect on other noise interference during the acquisition process is not good.Therefore,this paper designs an acceleration muscle relaxation monitor with a flexible analysis wavelet transform filtering algorithm.While meeting the monitoring requirements,the cost and power consumption of the equipment are also controlled at a low point.In order to realize the miniaturization and convenience of muscle relaxation monitor equipment,this paper uses integrated chips to control some modules in hardware design.At the same time,it also controls the cost,noise,and power consumption.In order to avoid various interfering signals during device acquisition,different circuits are designed to reduce the likelihood of other signals.In order to ensure that the collected signal contains more real information,a flexible analysis wavelet transform is added to the software to denoiserate the collected EMG signal.Based on the data of the database,the filtering effect of the two algorithms of wavelet transform and flexible analysis of wavelet transform is simulated and compared on the simulation platform.Combined with the principal component analysis method,the filtering effect of the two algorithms is more objectively and obvious.Completed the preliminary research on the filtering algorithm.In the experimental section,the denoising level of the device is tested by simulating the experiment.A comprehensive evaluation model of the filtering algorithm is established.The three indicators that can represent the signal quality are used as the evaluation index,and the weights are determined by experimental data and entropy weight,and the two filtering algorithms are comprehensively evaluated by the TOPSIS method.This verifies that the denoising level of the acceleration muscle relaxation monitor with flexible wavelet transformation analysis is superior.
