This paper is based on the current situation of the development of guardrail cleaning machinery,design a new type of guardrail cleaning vehicle suitable for the northern bad weather,the vehicle has the function of de-icing and drying and better cleaning effect.Taking the guardrail cleaning vehicle as the research object,the three-dimensional modelling and structural design and calculation selection are completed,and the finite element analysis software is used to carry out the static analysis and modal analysis of the main working device,and the simulation software is used to carry out the kinematics and dynamics analysis of the working device.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the working characteristics of the guardrail cleaning vehicle,complete the design of the overall structure and transmission scheme of the guardrail cleaning vehicle,complete the structural modelling with the help of three-dimensional design software,carry out detailed analysis and calculation of the horizontal structure and vertical structure of the guardrail cleaning vehicle,and complete the design and calculation of the high-pressure water supply system.(2)According to the hydraulic system design requirements,determine its working circuit and working pressure and complete the design of the schematic diagram,analyse and calculate the hydraulic motor and hydraulic cylinder working system and complete the selection of hydraulic components.(3)Using steam jet de-icing technology,complete the structural design of the steam jet deicing device for the guardrail cleaning vehicle,through theoretical analysis and calculation of the process of de-icing the guardrail,select the appropriate steam generation device,through the analysis of the type of jet nozzle and related parameters,determine the structural parameters of the steam jet nozzle.(4)Through the finite element analysis software,the static analysis and modal analysis of the telescopic arm and screw lifting mechanism of the guardrail cleaning vehicle are carried out,and the corresponding stress and strain clouds and vibration clouds are obtained to verify that it has sufficient strength,rigidity and will not resonate.(5)Use simulation software to carry out kinematic and dynamics analysis of the working device of the guardrail cleaning vehicle to verify whether the working device will interfere with the movement and whether the movement trajectory matches the design trajectory.The kinetic analysis is used to obtain the force situation of key components such as hydraulic cylinder and screw top plate in the working process,to verify the rationality of its structure.
