Research On Maintenance Management Of Motor Vehicle Application Based On Anylogic

With China entering the ranks of transportation power,China’s high-speed railway has been rapid development,the number of em U increased year by year.The increase of the number of EMU is convenient for people to travel at the same time,the task of EMU maintenance work is also increasing.It is of great significance to improve the maintenance efficiency of the mechanics in the bullet train station and to reduce the working time of the EMU mechanics.First,this paper combined with the background of the development of high-speed railway at home and abroad,introduces the domestic and abroad,the emu mechanics work at home and abroad,the general structure and the bullet train secondary repair by maintenance process,through the definition of the performance indicators of the train use of the maintenance condition analysis and judgment,so as to further solve the problems of the train using primary maintenance in our country.Secondly,according to the structure of the traditional bullet train application,this paper models and analyzes the maintenance process of the Anylogic software,and optimizes the model of the maintenance process of the first level of the bullet train application.According to the output results of the model before and after the optimization,the improvement suggestions of the traditional bullet train application are given.Finally,the maintenance management opinions are verified and analyzed with the actual data and structure of Qingdao bullet train Application Institute,and the advantages,disadvantages and possibilities of these maintenance management opinions are applied to railway enterprises,and the final research conclusion of this paper and the limitations of the research are analyzed.This paper not only establishes and optimizes the first-level maintenance model of the traditional bullet train application station,but also puts forward the maintenance management opinions of the bullet train application station according to the input and output results of the model,and verifies and analyzes the possibility of these maintenance management opinions with the Qingdao bullet train application institute.The maintenance and management opinions of bullet train application have the basis of theoretical and practical basis,which can not only reduce the working time of EMU mechanics and improve the maintenance efficiency of EMU mechanics,but also provide certain guiding significance for the construction of bullet train application institute of railway enterprises.
