Study On Compost Formula Of Pleurotus Eryngii Cultivated With Vine Pruning Stalks

In recent years,the viticultural area in China is increasing,which has reached 570000 hectares in 2012.And a great quantity vineyard pruning residues are produced both in summer and winter in the vineyard.Only a small part of vine pruning stalks is used as a cutting material,most of which are stacked in disorder or burned traditionally,which caused the growth and spread of pests and diseases,a waste of resources and environmental pollution.Using vine pruning stalks to cultivate Pleurotus eryngii,can achieve the comprehensive utilization of abandoned vine pruning stalks and promote the sustainable development of the vineyard.Due to the time difference between the two vine pruning stalks,utilizing summer pruning stalks and winter pruning stalks respectively to cultivate Pleurotus eryngii,then exploring the best compost formula,and analyzing the nutritional value of Pleurotus eryngii products and economic benefits.It provide scientific evidence and guidance for the practical application in vineyard,and promote the comprehensive utilization of vine pruning stalks,which has important application and research value.In this study,the same variety "Victoria" of vine summer and winter pruning stalks are used respectively as the main raw materials of the compost,and wheat bran,corn meal,soybean meal are also added to cultivate Pleurotus eryngii.Then conduct formula optimization test,compare the nutritional value of Pleurotus eryngii and analysis the economic benefit.The results showed that:1.The tests showed that grape pruning stalks could cultivate Pleurotus eryngii of high-quality.The cultivation process is as follows:①the preparation of mother culture——prepare the mother culture medium(PDA enrichment medium),inoculate and culture until the mycelium is full pipe;②the preparation of stock culture——prepare the stock culture medium(wheat kernels medium),inoculate mother culture and culture until the mycelium is full bag;③the preparation of culture spawn——according to the best formula,mix the grape pruning stalks and wheat bran,corn meal,soybean meal,bag,sterlize,inoculate stock culture and culture until the mycelium is full bag;④fruiting management:scratch,cool,humidify and increase the light,then ventilate and sparse mushrooms,and harvest at last.2.Both formula optimization test of vine summer and winter pruning stalks to cultivate Pleurotus eryngii showed that wheat bran,corn meal,soybean meal have a significant influence on the yield of Pleurotus eryngii.The influence degree in order is:soybean meal>corn meal>wheat bran.The interaction of corn meal and soybean meal can significantly affect the yield of Pleurotus eryngii,which indicating that a reasonable mix of them is extremely important to improve the yield of Pleurotus eryngii.3.The experiment showed that the best formula of vine summer pruning stalks of"Victoria" to cultivate Pleurotus eryngiiis is:wheat bran 154.1g/kg,corn meal 51.9g/kg,soybean meal 51.9g/kg,vine summer pruning stalks of "Victoria" 742.1g/kg,the predicted yield of Pleurotus eryngii of which is 228.2g/bag.The best formula of vine winter pruning stalks of "Victoria" to cultivate Pleurotus eryngiiis is:wheat bran 173.9g/kg,corn meal 50.7g/kg,soybean meal 50.7g/kg,vine winter pruning stalks of“Victoria" 724.6g/kg,the predicted yield of Pleurotus eryngii of which is 229.2g/bag.4.The Pleurotus eryngiiis cultivated by both vine pruning stalks are rich in nutrient.The quality of them has little difference in all respects,among which the Pleurotus eryngiiis cultivated by vine summer pruning stalks is even better.Both kinds of Pleurotus eryngiiis are superior to the Pleurotus eryngiiis cultivated by the traditional cultivation material in many ways.But for the perspective of nutritional balance of protein composition,the Pleurotus eryngiiis cultivated by vine winter pruning stalks is the best,which slightly superior to the Pleurotus eryngiiis cultivated by vine summer pruning stalks.5.Using vine summer pruning stalks to cultivate Pleurotus eryngiiis are able to obtain higher profits than vine winter pruning stalks.Under the condition of 1t vine pruning stalks,using vine summer pruning stalks to cultivate takes a cost of ￥1207,the Pleurotus eryngiiis product of it sales for ￥235,770,and the profits is ￥223,700.Using vine summer pruning stalks to cultivate Pleurotus eryngiiis takes a cost of ￥1266,the Pleurotus eryngiiis product of it sales for ￥242,490,and the profits is ￥229,830.
