In the production of grapes,there will produce a large number of abandoned grape wheat branches caused by vine pruning.Except a few can be used as a cutting material,most of them were discarded or burned in the field and it will cause environmental pollution and waste a lot of resources.This test using ratio of mixture design and the ternary quadratic orthogonal regression design,studied the cultivation experiment of White Hypsizygus marmoreus cultivated mainly with Hu Tai 8 and Hong Di-qiu vine pruning stalks.The main conclusions were as follows:1.Waste grape pruning stalks could cultivate White Hypsizygus marmoreus of high-quality.The cultivation process is as follows:①the preparation of mother culture—prepare the mother culture medium(PDA enrichment medium),inoculate and culture until the mycelium is full pipe;②the preparation of stock culture—prepare the stock culture medium(wheat kernels medium),inoculate mother culture and culture until the mycelium is full bag;③the preparation of culture spawn—according to the best formula,mix the grape pruning stalks and wheat bran,corn meal,soybean meal,sugar,then bag,sterlize,inoculate stock culture and culture until the mycelium is full bag;④fruiting management:after-ripen,scratch,cool,humidify and increase the light,then ventilate and sparse mushrooms,and harvest at last.2.The best formula of the White Hypsizygus marmoreus cultivated mainly with Hu Tai 8 and Hong Di-qiu vine pruning stalks were the same:vine pruning stalks 742.5g/kg,wheat bran 148.5g/kg,corn flour 52g/kg,soybean meal 52g/kg,plus sugar 5g/kg.And after repeated trials,this formula could always made stable high yield of White Hypsizygus marmoreus.It indicates that it is feasible to cultivate White Hypsizygus marmoreus mainly with vine pruning stalks,and there is no significant difference between the different grape wheat branches.3.For conventional nutritional indicators,the two White Hypsizygus marmoreus samples cultivated with vine pruning stalks are generally better than the traditionally cultured one,especially have larger contents of total amino acids and flavour amino acids.This shows that the tastes of the two White Hypsizygus marmoreus cultivated with vine pruning stalks are more fresh and sweet.But in terms of protein composition,the three kind of White Hypsizygus marmoreus samples had no significant differences.The results showed that there is little difference in all aspects of quality between the two kind of White Hypsizygus marmoreus cultivated with two vine pruning stalks,but they are better than the traditionally cultured one in many aspects.4.When 10000 bags of White Hypsizygus marmoreus are cultivated,the cultivation with vine pruning stalks spends ¥2,227.5 less than the traditional cultivation.The profit of the 10000 bags of White Hypsizygus marmoreus cultivated mainly with Hu Tai 8 vine pruning stalks is ¥ 53,216 and the profit of the 10000 bags of White Hypsizygus marmoreus cultivated mainly with Hong Di-qiu vine pruning stalks is ¥55,206,while the profit of the 10000 bags of White Hypsizygus marmoreus cultivated traditionally is ¥ 51,031.
