| Selenium,as one of the essential trace elements of human body,plays an important role in human life and health.Selenium is closely related to the growth and development of edible fungi and the activity of antioxidant enzymes.At present,there are few reports on the selenium rich cultivation of Grifola frondosa,and few reports on the effects of different selenium application methods on the growth and development of Grifola frondosa and enzyme activity.In order to provide theoretical basis for scientific selenium supplement of human beings,this experiment systematically studied the cultivation of Grifola frondosa by applying selenium in several different ways,and compared enzyme activity,selenium content of mycelium and fruiting body,agronomic characters and nutritional quality.The results are as follows:1 Selenium-enriched cultures of three different varieties of Grifola frondosa,Qianxi No.1,Qianxi No.3,and Qianxi No.4 with Na2SeO3 concentration of 20 mg/kg:the mycelium of Qianxi No.1 mother species grew fastest,and its fungus the growth rate of mycelium was 4.84 mm/d,the mycelial biomass was 5.30 mg/ml;Qianxi 1 had the strongest absorption capacity of selenium,and its parent species mycelium selenium content was 46.38 mg/kg.2 During the growth stage of Grifola frondosa liquid fermentation culture of the parent seed mycelium,different concentrations of sodium selenite(Na2SeO3)solutions were applied to the parent seed medium,the parent seed mycelium selenium content,mycelium biomass,and mycelium growth rate were all Significant difference.The amount of selenium content in the parent seed mycelium increases with the increase in the amount of selenium applied to the parent seed medium;the mycelial biomass has a maximum value of 10.00 mg/ml at a concentration of 50 mg/kg;when the selenium concentration was 50 mg/kg the growth rate was fastest,the fastest growth rate was 5.24 mm/d.3 Adding Na2SeO3 solution with a concentration of 40-80 mg/kg to Grifola frondosa cultivation material,the selenium content of the fruit body increased with the increase of the cultivation material selenium concentration,the control was shortened,and the shortest harvest time of the first tidal mushroom was 37.3 d when the selenium concentration was 40 mg/kg;the maximum yield was 45.35 kg(98 bags)when the selenium concentration was 50 mg/kg.The height,diameter,color,cap diameter and thickness of the mushrooms had no significant changes.The maximum diameter of the stem diameter was 7.6 mm when the selenium concentration was 60 mg/kg;the content of crude polysaccharide,total sugar and soluble protein increased with the increase of selenium concentration,the maximum values were 19.39%,25.26%and 37.0%,respectively,the corresponding selenium concentration was 60mg/kg,80mg/kg,/80mg/kg.4 Na2SeO3 solution with a concentration of 40-80 mg/kg was added to the soil covered with Grifola frondosa cultivation,and the selenium content of the fruit body increased with the increase of the selenium content of the soil;the harvest time was earlier than the control,when the concentration of selenium applied was 50mg/kg,the shortest harvest time of the first tidal mushroom appeard 36.3 d;the output of each treatment has increased,and the total output was the largest when the selenium concentration was 50mg/kg,which was 27.90 kg(48 bags);there was no obvious change in the height,diameter,color,cap diameter and thickness of the bacterial bodies of each treatment fruit body;when the selenium concentration was 60 mg/kg,the maximum weight of the single mushroom was 3.600 kg;the contents of crude polysaccharide,total sugar and soluble protein in each treatment were significantly different,and the maximum values were 21.17%,23.92%and 35.6%,respectively,and the corresponding selenium application concentrations were 60,70 and 80 mg/kg.5 Spraying Na2SeO3 solution with a concentration of 40-80 mg/kg at the bud stage of Grifola frondosa,there was no significant difference between the yield and the conversion rate of one tide and the control;the selenium content of the fruit body increases with increasing spraying concentration,the content of selenium ranges from 0.05 to 14.25 mg/kg;the content of crude polysaccharide,total sugar and soluble protein all increase with the increase of spraying concentration,the maximum values were 18.18%,20.21%and 33.9%,the corresponding spraying concentrations were all 80 mg/kg.6 Spraying Na2SeO3 solution with a concentration of 40-80 mg/kg during the period of Grifola frondosa,the recovery time was shortened,the shortest was spraying with a concentration of 80 mg/kg for 35.7 d,and the yield did not change significantly;the selenium content of the fruit body increases with the increase of the selenium concentration,and the selenium content ranges from 0.05 to 16.01 mg/kg;the crude polysaccharide,total sugar and soluble protein content increased,and the maximum values were 21.83%,24.96%,and 35.0%.7 Spraying Na2SeO3 solution with a concentration of 40-80 mg/kg at the stage of Grifola frondosa,the harvest time and yield did not change significantly;as the selenium concentration increased,the selenium content of the fruit body increased,and the selenium content range was 0.06~7.42 mg/kg;the content of crude polysaccharide,total sugar and soluble protein all increased,and the maximum at the spraying concentration of 80 mg/kg was 15.00%,20.03%and 34.6%respectively. |
