Evaluation Of Chrysanthemum Morifolium Germplasm Resources Based On Agronomy And Quality Traits

Because of different producing areas and processing methods,C.morifolium has formed rich cultivation types.In view of the change of agronomic and quality traits after different types of C.morifolium were introduced into Henan,22 C.morifolium germplasms were used as experimental materials,and their agronomic traits,quality and mineral elements were compared and analyzed by means of morphological observation and chemical composition determination,so as to screen out C.morifolium germplasms suitable for cultivation in Henan and provide guidance for the introduction,cultivation and breed selection of C.morifolium in Henan.The main research results are as follows:1.Different cultivation types of C.morifolium can grow normally and complete the whole growth period in Henan,and there are variations in agronomic characters.The range of plant height,internode length and stem diameter of C.morifolium is 40-119 cm,5.84-30.81 mm,1.09-5.03 mm,and the average values of petiole length,leaf thickness and leaf length and width are 14.8,0.64,51.85 and 30.62 mm,respectively.The coefficient of variation of agronomic characters of different C.morifolium germplasms is between 8.06-34.16%,the biggest coefficient of variation is the length of upper right lobe,the second is the stem diameter,and the smallest coefficient of variation is the aspect ratio of leaves.2.The flowering time of C.morifolium of different cultivation types is 12-29 days,and the indexes of flower heads vary.The highest drying rate of CHuail is 24.59%,while the drying rates of CWu and CJin are lower,which are 13.36%and 12.31%,respectively.The 100-flower weight of GGongl,CWu and CJin are higher,which are 246.19 g,231.60 g and 544.36 g,respectively.the maximum variation coefficient of each index is the 100-flower weight(82.54%),and the minimum is 13.17%.3.There are differences in the contents of various components in different cultivated types of C.morifolium,and the contents of chlorogenic acid,luteolin and 3,5-O-dicaffeoyl quinic acid in all kinds of C.morifolium germplasm have reached the pharmacopoeia standard.The cumulative contribution rate of the four principal components extracted from the principal component analysis of the quality index of C.morifolium of different cultivation types is 80.403%,and the cultivation types with better comprehensive quality are CHuai3,CHang1,CBo2,CBo1,CHang10,CGong3,CHang5,CHang9,CHang2,CHang4,CWu and CHang7.4.There are differences in mineral elements among different cultivation types of C.morifolium,among which the coefficient of variation of k is 57.22%,and the coefficient of variation of b is 8.82%,The cultivation types with higher mineral elements are CJin,CBol,CHang10,CHang9,CHang7,CHang6,CHang8,CHuail and CGong2.
