| In this study,6-year-old common camellia oleifera ‘ Cenruan No.3’ was used as a test material.Nine fertilizers with different spraying times and different fertilization rates were designed by using two fertilizer application methods: soil selenium application and foliar spray application.Treatment: CK(no selenium application),L1(selenium content 3 mg / strain),L2(selenium content 9 mg / strain),L3(selenium content 15 mg /strain),L4(selenium content 21 mg / strain);Foliar fertilizer spray concentration was 20 mg / L,L5(once in May),L6(once in May and June),L7(once in May,June,and July Times),L8(spray once in May,June,July,and August).Determination of effective selenium in soil,soil nutrients,vegetative growth of camellia oleifera,fruit traits and economic traits,selenium content in C.leaves,peels,seed coats,seed kernels,tea oil,and physicochemical properties of tea oil,and research on different selenium application methods The effect on the growth and firmness and the characteristics of tea oil,with a view to providing a basis for the selenium-rich formula of Camellia oleifera,and to provide a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of selenium-rich oil tea.The results show:(1)To a certain extent,soil selenium application can increase the content of available soil selenium,soil organic matter,available potassium,alkaline nitrogen,and available phosphorus.The contents of hydrolyzable nitrogen,available selenium,organic matter,available phosphorus,and available potassium were the highest under L4 treatment.(2)Using the principal component analysis method to comprehensively evaluate the growth and firmness of Camellia oleifera under different selenium fertilizer treatments,it was concluded that L8 and L6 treatments performed better overall,and the foliar spraying effect was better than soil selenium application.(3)The selenium content in Camellia oleifera fruits increased significantly under different selenium treatments.As the selenium concentration in the soil and the number of foliar sprays increased,the selenium content in the fruit accumulated higher.On average,the selenium content distribution in various parts of foliar sprayed selenium fertilizer is leaf> peel> seed kernel> seed coat,and the selenium content distribution in soil selenium application leaf is leaf> seed coat> peel> seed kernel.The results show that In the method of selenium application,the leaf selenium content was the highest.The selenium content distribution of foliar sprayed kernels was higher than that of seed coats.The soil selenium treatment was the opposite,indicating that foliar spraying can better promote the absorption of selenium content by seed kernels accumulation.(4)With the increase of soil selenium concentration and the number of foliar sprays,the accumulation of selenium content in fruits is higher.The maximum selenium content of soil selenium fertilizer L4 treatment was 0.01 mg/kg,and the maximum selenium content of foliar spray L8 treatment was 0.015 mg/kg.It shows that the method of spraying selenium fertilizer on leaves to increase the selenium content of tea oil is better.(5)The polyphenols,acid value and carotenoids of tea oil were significantly different between different selenium treatments,and the saponification value of tea oil was not significantly different.Different selenium treatments can significantly improve the quality of tea oil,increase the content of polyphenols,reduce the acid value,and have no obvious effect on the carotenoid content of tea oil,and have little effect on the saponification value. |
