Research On The Industrialization Development Of Crayfish In Jingzhou City Of Hubei Province Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

With the continuous advancement of urbanization,the level of rural economic development in China has been greatly improved,but the drawbacks of rural development have gradually emerged.For example,a large number of young rural migrant workers lead to serious loss of rural labor force and lagging development of agricultural industry,which restricts the further development of agriculture and rural areas seriously^[1].The proposal of the rural revitalization strategy means that China’s attention to the"three rural"issues has entered a new dimension.Different from the previous"Agriculture,rural areas and farmers"policies,which mainly emphasized the development of agriculture,the"rural revitalization"strategy has made a more comprehensive and comprehensive deployment of agriculture and rural development.It emphasizes the need to promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and agricultural industrialization is an important way to promote agricultural modernization.It can drive the prosperity of rural industries,make China’s rural industries realize endogenous and sustainable growth,help to drive the increase of farmers’income,narrow the gap between the rich and the poor,and promote the smooth realization of rural revitalization.In the context of rural revitalization strategy,the study of rural industry development countermeasures not only conforms to the development needs of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,but also helps to promote the all-round revitalization of rural areas.Therefore,under the background of rural revitalization strategy,this paper takes Jingzhou City of Hubei Province as the research area,and based on the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars,comprehensively uses literature research method and investigation statistics method to analyze the development of crawfish industrialization in Jingzhou City.Firstly,the connotation and implementation significance of rural revitalization strategy are introduced,and the differences among industry,industrialization and industrial chain are compared.Then,the theory of scale economy,agricultural industrialization and brand building is introduced,which lays the foundation for the analysis of industrialization development below.Next in the industry development from the domestic and Jingzhou two points of view,the first analysis of the domestic crayfish industry development background,and then from the Jingzhou environment,traffic,economic development and other points of view of the system,summarize the advantages of Jingzhou crayfish industry development;Then,the development of Jingzhou crayfish industry was analyzed from the aspects of industrial breeding,processing,marketing,catering,brand building,etc.After that,the paper summarizes the problems existing in the development of crawfish industrialization in Jingzhou,including extensive breeding methods,low degree of specialization,weak driving ability of leading enterprises and cooperatives,and weak brand effect,which seriously restrict the development of crawfish industry in Jingzhou.Finally,combined with the strategic orientation of rural revitalization,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for the industrialization development of crayfish in Jingzhou City,such as more scientific planning and production,improving the degree of specialization;Give full play to the scale advantage;Cultivate innovative leading enterprises to drive the development of industrialization;To build industrial union,improve the construction of logistics system,strengthen brand construction,improve the relevant legal system and so on to boost the industrialization of Jingzhou crayfish development.
