Construction And Application On The Evaluation Index Of Urban Forest In Pearl River Delta Region

In the evaluation index of forest city in our country has a long in-depth research, and has established a perfect evaluation index system of national forest city. Forest city group, however, this concept is not very common, index system of urban forest did not form a unified standard at the same time, based on this background, on the basis of analysis of related literature information collection, preliminary has the characteristics of urban agglomeration indexes are selected, with the Delphi method to the preliminary index by the expert scoring, and so as to work out the statistics, and constructed the evaluation index system of the pearl river delta urban agglomeration forest. After each index weight was calculated by the analytic hierarchy process(ahp); forest of pearl river delta urban agglomeration with possible satisfaction dimensionless related data; next through the index weight coefficients and basic data dimensionless after choosing appropriate evaluation model, the result of the instance analysis; finally discuss the scientific results. Urban forest construction level indicators include group from the group of forest coverage C12, city group built up area green coverage rate is C14 C13, city group proper, urban greenbelt area per capita park C15, city group group proper C16, city groups of trees covered forest park proportion C17 total land area, urban group nature reserve ratio using C18 total land area, urban group proportion of ecological public welfare forest C19 a secondary indicator. Monomer urban forest construction level index contains the city whether for national forest city urban forest coverage C20 C21, monomer city urban green coverage rate C22,greenbelt area per capita urban park C23, monomer city proper rate is C25 of urban forest covered C24, monomer proportion of total land area of urban forest park C26, monomer proportion of urban nature reserve occupies a land area C27, monomer proportion of urban ecological public welfare forest C28,C29 a secondary indicator.(3) using the analytic hierarchy process, according to the established expert scoring system to construct judgment matrix, calculating the weights of each indicator and the calculation are consistency check.(4) by applying the method of possible satisfaction of the urban agglomeration in the pearl river delta forest related data dimensionless processing.(5) using the comprehensive evaluation model of forest of pearl river delta urban agglomeration evaluation index to evaluate the data. The assessment result is obtained, and the results are analyzed. This research established index system to enrich the content of index system of urban forest, to improve and develop our country forest city selection index system and play a positive role in promoting, the selection process can also be used for general plans for the future development direction of urban forest and provide a reference basis. However, because the research content is more, a wide range of aspects, this paper studied the evaluation index system of the pearl river delta urban agglomeration forest is scientific and reasonable, whether is suitable for the actual situation of the pearl river delta region, has yet to be further in-depth study.
