| As a composite ecosystem with the highest degree of human dependence,cultivated land has multiple functions.At the same time,as the most basic agricultural production factor,it plays an extremely important role in ensuring national food security and maintaining the basic livelihood of farmers.However,the problem of extensive use of resources still prominent,directly affecting the protection and sustainable use of cultivated land.In the era of rapid development of urban-rural integration,there is frequent interaction between urban and rural areas.As a highly urbanized urban-rural integration development area,Guangzhou has developed rapidly in the coordinated integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,and cultivated land is facing the dilemma of strict protection and transformation of functional utilization.The connotation of cultivated land in highly urbanized areas is constantly enriched.From the traditional agricultural production function,the economic contribution function after the value of the farmland is gradually derived;social security functions that are still important to farmers after the separation of powers;ecological security maintenance function that is closely related to all citizens;social stability maintenance function in the post-epidemic era and the landscape recreation function that promotes the integration of urban and rural areas.However,in the current protection and utilization of cultivated land in Guangzhou,what is the level of multi-functional utilization of cultivated land,what are its characteristics,what are the factors that affect the multi-functional change of cultivated land,and how to promote the sustainable use of cultivated land resources and promote the development of urban and rural integration.The above series of questions have not yet received effective responses and answers.Based on the above background,this study constructs a multi-functional evaluation index system for cultivated land from six dimensions,selects panel data from 2000 to 2018,uses CRITIC-entropy weight method and TOPSIS model to calculate the multi-functional index of cultivated land in Guangzhou and analyzes its temporal and spatial evolution pattern characteristics.And use geographic detectors to explore the influencing factors of its spatial evolution.The result shows:(1)From 2000 to 2018,the time series of Guangzhou’s arable land multifunctional index changed significantly,and the overall performance was from strong to weak.The average value of the index was 0.442,and the temporal and spatial evolution of subfunctions were distinct;(2)In terms of overall structure,the maintenance of ecological security,the maintenance of social stability,and the function of landscape recreation are the dominant functions of cultivated land use in Guangzhou;at the regional level,each district mainly presents a single-type and multi-type dominant functional structure;(3)The spatial pattern has significant heterogeneity: the comprehensive function index of cultivated land has stable central-peripheral agglomeration differentiation characteristics,and the "cold-hot spot" pattern has obvious differentiation;agricultural production,economic contribution,social security,social stability maintenance and landscape The recreational function presents the characteristics of weakening of the approximate circle from the outside to the center;the ecological security maintenance function presents the characteristics of low in the middle and high in the north and south;(4)The order of the main influencing factors of the multi-function of cultivated land is regional product value> total agricultural output value> forest coverage rate> total power of agricultural machinery> urbanization rate;the order and influence of sub-function influencing factors are obviously different;The interaction will increase the influence on the multi-function of cultivated land,and promote the spatial pattern differentiation of the multi-function of cultivated land;(5)The multifunctional utilization of cultivated land should be expanded,and a multifunctional three-dimensional protection and utilization mechanism of cultivated land should be established.Set the strategy for the utilization of the leading functions of cultivated land to realize the rational use of cultivated land resources.Take multiple measures to promote the multi-functional manifestation of cultivated land and promote the transformation of cultivated land use. |
