Ginseng sprouts refers to 1-4 years old ginseng with young leaves unfolded.It has highly commercial and nutritional value.It can be used as a healthy care food material or as a seedling for further facility cultivation.However,continuous cropping obstacles are prone to occur in the process of Ginseng sprouts planting in the field,and natural disasters,diseases and other factors will limit the growth of Ginseng sprouts,making it difficult to meet market demand.Therefore,the use of hydroponics technology can rapidly produce Ginseng sprouts,improve quality and yield,and it is of great significance for solving and overcoming the limitations of traditional Ginseng sprouts cultivation.Based on this,this experiment determined the optimal sterilization method,fermentation broth and additive agent conditions of Ginseng sprouts hydroponics by measuring the growth index,biomass,active ingredient content and antioxidant enzyme activity of Ginseng sprouts.Research indicates:1.Nutrient solution sterilization process,it is better to first obtain the sterilization method of irradiating water with a pipeline ultraviolet lamp.The infection rate was10%,the plant height was 11.4 cm,the leaves were fully expanded on the 8th day,and the leaf expansion rate was 83.3%.Secondly,it was found that the growth index of the unwashed Ginseng sprouts seedlings was better when irradiated with sterilized water.The leaf spreading rate of Ginseng sprouts was 80.1%,the infection rate was 13.3%,and the plant height was 12.5 cm;using C2H5OH to soak the unwashed Ginseng sprouts seedlings,compared with KMn O4,Na Cl O and H2O2,had the best sterilization effect.The results indicated that the sterilization method of using C2H5OH to sterilize unwashed Ginseng sprouts assisted by ultraviolet light irradiation of water was the best hydroponic production condition for Ginseng sprouts.2.In the process of hydroponic Ginseng sprouts,the optimum fermentation broth was selected through the indexes of Ginseng sprouts.The fermentation broth II was added to the UV-sterilized water,compared with the addition of fermentation broth I,the plant height,leaf spreading rate and biomass of Ginseng sprouts,saponin,flavonoid content and SOD,POD activity were better.Among them,the saponins and flavonoids content in Ginseng sprouts showed the order of leaf>stem>root;the activity of SOD showed the order of root>leaf>stem;the activity of POD showed the order of leaf>root>stem.The results show that adding fermentation brothⅡto sterilized water irradiated by pipeline ultraviolet lamp is the best.3.Under sterilization conditions,the optimum nutrients were selected through the indexes of Ginseng sprouts.Adding glycine to the water containing fermentation broth II to cultivate Ginseng sprouts,compared with other organic additives,Ginseng sprouts plant height,leaf expansion rate,biomass,saponin,flavonoid content and SOD,POD activities were better;Adding Mn SO4to the water containing fermentation broth II to cultivate Ginseng sprouts,compared with other inorganic salts,Ginseng sprouts plant height,leaf spreading rate,biomass,saponin,flavonoid content and SOD,POD activities are all better.The results show that adding glycine or Mn SO4to the water containing fermentation broth II is the best additive.4.Under different cultivating days,the optimum harvest time was selected through the indexes of Ginseng sprouts.Adding Mn SO4to the water containing fermentation broth II,compared with glycine,during 15-35 days of treatment,the contents of saponins,flavonoids and SOD and POD activities in Ginseng sprouts roots,stems and leaves were higher.The contents of saponins,flavonoids and SOD activity in the roots,stems and leaves of Ginseng sprouts treated with Mn SO4all reached the peak on the30th day,while the POD activity reached the peak on the 25th day,overall showing increasing first and then decreasing.The results show that Mn SO4added to the water containing fermentation broth II is the best additive,and the optimum harvest period of hydroponic Ginseng sprouts is 25-30 day.
