Research On The Systematic Protection Of Agricultural Cultural Heritage Of Ginseng In Fusong,Jilin Province

Chinese civilization is rooted in agricultural civilization.General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that the farming culture should not only be lost,but also be continuously carried forward.In recent years,the agricultural cultural heritage,which embodies the valuable wisdom of agricultural culture,has been highly valued by the state.Its inheritance and protection have been written into the No.1 Central Document for seven consecutive years.The Ministry of Agriculture launched an important agricultural cultural heritage protection project in China in 2012.As of2022,a total of 6 batches of 138 projects have been identified.These traditional agricultural systems have achieved rapid development after evaluation,effectively promoting the systematic protection and inheritance of local farming culture,driving farmers ’ income,and becoming high-quality resources and important ways to promote the strategy of rural revitalization.Fusong County of Jilin Province is known as the ’ hometown of ginseng ’ in China.The history of ginseng application has been 1500 years,and the history of ginseng domestication has been 450 years.For thousands of years,adhering to the concept of sustainable development of ’collecting large and retaining small,cultivating forest ginseng,cultivating ginseng by forest,protecting forest by ginseng ’,harmonious coexistence with nature,derived a series of unique and mysterious ginseng folk culture,complete knowledge system and unique agricultural landscape.Among them,ginseng culture such as mountaineering customs,ginseng legends,ginseng traditional folk festivals have also been recognized and protected by national and provincial intangible cultural heritage,which effectively promotes the development of Fusong ginseng.However,with the rapid advancement of industrialization and modernization,people pay more attention to economic interests and short-term effects and ignore the support of intelligent and philosophical agricultural production systems,and become more indifferent to traditional skills and culture.In recent years,Fusong area violates the concept of sustainable development to destroy a hundred mu of cultivated land to build ginseng market,destroy forest ginseng and other events have occurred,Fusong ginseng also fell into a single means of protection,protection and development of prominent contradictions and protection dilemma,which is very unfavorable to the sustainable development of Jilin Fusong ginseng agricultural system,but also to ginseng culture,traditional cultivation and processing technology,ginseng germplasm resources,sustainable ecological technology protection and inheritance pose a threat.At present,the protection mode of intangible cultural heritage alone is obviously not enough for Fusong Ginseng,and it is necessary to adopt a more comprehensive and systematic protection mode of agricultural cultural heritage that is more suitable for the agricultural system.Therefore,the research on Jilin Fusong Ginseng from the perspective of systematic protection of agricultural cultural heritage can not only promote Jilin Fusong Ginseng to alleviate the dilemma of protection and development,lay the foundation for its identification of important agricultural cultural heritage,but also promote the coordinated development of economy,society,culture and ecology in Fusong region,and promote the effective implementation of rural revitalization strategy.On the basis of systematically summarizing the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper defines and explains the related concepts of intangible cultural heritage,agricultural cultural heritage and systematic protection of agricultural cultural heritage.Through field research and data collection,the protection process and protection effect of Fusong Ginseng in Jilin Province were reviewed.It is believed that there are three problems in the protection of Jilin Fusong Ginseng,namely,single protection mode,weak protection consciousness,and prominent contradiction between protection and development.Combined with the existing problems and the protection value of agricultural cultural heritage,the necessity of systematic protection of Jilin Fusong Ginseng for agricultural cultural heritage is analyzed and demonstrated from three aspects.Then,starting from the connotation of systematic protection of agricultural cultural heritage,following the principle of sustainable development of agricultural cultural heritage,under the guidance of system science theory,sustainable development theory and place dependence theory,the index system of systematic protection of Jilin Fusong Ginseng agricultural cultural heritage is established,which consists of seven first-level indicators of cultural connotation,knowledge system,heritage environment,brand influence,industrial development,management system and protection effect,and 31 second-level indicators.The research hypothesis is put forward,and the variable relationship model is established,that is,six latent variables have significant positive effects on the protection effect.The questionnaire was designed and distributed according to the content of the system.The structural equation model(SEM)was used to analyze 326 valid questionnaires,and the empirical results were discussed.The empirical results show that knowledge system,heritage environment,brand influence,industrial development and management system all have a positive impact on the systematic protection effect of Jilin Fusong Ginseng agricultural cultural heritage,and the effect is in the order of management system(0.345)> industrial development(0.252)> knowledge system(0.182)> brand influence(0.172)>heritage environment(0.133).The hypothesis that cultural connotation has a positive impact on the systematic protection of ginseng agricultural cultural heritage in Fusong,Jilin is not valid.Based on the results of empirical analysis and combined with the current situation and problems of the protection of Fusong Ginseng,suggestions for promoting the systematic protection of agricultural cultural heritage of Fusong Ginseng in Jilin Province were put forward from five aspects,namely,expanding the content of systematic protection,promoting the development of ginseng industry,strengthening the brand construction of Fusong Ginseng,improving the protection and management system of Fusong Ginseng,and promoting the work of agricultural cultural heritage.
