| "Jiangsu Wuxi Yangshan peach cultivation system" is one of the fourth batch of important agro-cultural heritage in China.It has rich biodiversity,traditional technology system and unique ecological landscapes.Most of the academic achievements have been studied from the angles of industrial development,tourism development and marketing modes,while the historical development,heritage connotation,the multiple values and methods of protection and inheritance of Yangshan peach from the angle of agro-cultural heritage are not yet in-depth.This paper studies the cultural heritage of the Yangshan honey peach from the angle of protection of agro-cultural heritage,comprehensively uses the literature research methods,the field research methods,the expert interview methods and so on,excavates connotations of agro-cultural heritage,analyzes its multiple values,and discusses the methods of protection and inheritance.It is of practical significance to promote the sustainable development of local agriculture and to inherit the outstanding traditional culture.The peach was formed in Zhejiang area of southern Song dynasty,then spread to Jiangsu,Shanghai,Fujian and other places.Among them,Shanghai cultivated the famous"peach in Luxiangyuan" during the Ming Wanli period,which was introduced at home and abroad at the end of the Qing Dynasty.Yangshan introduced good varieties of peach from Shanghai,Fenghua and Japan in the early years of the Republic of China,and began to grow on a large scale.After continuous development,it became a prominent representative of southern peach varieties.The cultivation system of Yangshan honey peach contains rich connotations of agricultural heritage,including the peach varieties such as "Bai Feng",cultivation techniques and management methods such as "artificial pollination",processing and utilization methods such as "mahogany carving",folk custom and culture such as"peach blossom festival".These valuable agricultural heritage have multiple values.In historical aspect,Yangshan peach pass on the history of good varieties;in economic aspect,peach has brought economic income to peach farmers and promoted the development of tourism,commerce and other industries;in ecological aspect,peach agriculture system has functions of nutrient cycling,maintaining ecosystem stability and so on;in social aspect,Yangshan development model provide a model for other areas;scientific research has promoted peach breeding,peach cultivation,peach processing and other technical research;in cultural aspect,peach flower festival has promoted peach culture.There are some problems in the development and utilization of peach cultural heritage in Yangshan,including the marginalization or abandonment of the local traditional peach varieties and cultivation techniques.The social awareness of heritage is low,the consciousness of protection of government,people and enterprises is weak;the protection and management mechanism of peach cultural heritage is not perfect;some ways of exploitation and utilization is unreasonable,etc.In order to solve these problems,it should further improve the cultivation system of peach,protect and improve the core varieties and their cultivation techniques,enhance social awareness of heritage and strengthen publicity and education,establish "government-led,social participation" protection and inheritance mechanism of peach cultural heritage,strengthen the development of peach derivative products,attach importance to the inheritance and innovation of folk culture,and promote the multi-industry linkage development.The innovation of this paper lies in excavating more historical data,combing the historical changes of nectar peach in detail,and analyzing the position of Yangshan peach in the whole history of peach development.The new historical data is used to sort out the development process of Yangshan peach in more detail.In this paper,the connotation of agro-cultural heritage in Yangshan peach cultivation system and its inheritance and development are discussed. |
