At present,strawberry facility cultivation has become the main mode of high-quality strawberry production,but in the facility strawberry cultivation process is prone to powdery mildew,gray mold and other fungal diseases and aphid infestation,resulting in strawberry production and even no harvest.This study mainly selected appropriate prevention and control techniques for related diseases and insect pests of strawberry in facilities to form a joint control mode of strawberry diseases and insect pests in facilities.Firstly,the fungal diseases were controlled by selecting appropriate bacteria agents.Secondly,strawberry aphid was selected as a suitable aphid day hostile facility for aphid control.Finally,the two control methods were used to explore the effect of strawberry joint control.The test results are as follows:(1)The experimental study on the effects of different bacterial agents on protected strawberry showed that the diseased plant rate of protected strawberry in F3group(21.5%fluriramide,21.5%oxime ester diluted 1500 times liquid control group)was 8.65%,which was significantly lower than that in other experimental groups;Plant height,leaf area,SOD enzyme activity,POD enzyme activity,CAT enzyme activity,chlorophyll a+B content,fructose content,glucose content,Vc content and fruit weight were:14.70 cm,23.00 cm~2,45.55 U/g,34.50 U/g,35.66 U/g,3.40 mg/g,22.21 mg/g,20.11 mg/g,1.69 mg/g,11.98 g were significantly better than those of other experimental groups.Therefore,F3 group of bacteria can be used as the control means of the combined control mode.(2)The effects of two natural enemies(Neoseiulus californicus and Coccyridis axyridis)with different densities on aphid control and strawberry control were studied.The control rate of aphids was 92.20%when the two natural enemies,Higher than the control rate of one natural enemy alone,Neoseiulus californicus and Coccyridis coccyridis,were used together.Plant height,leaf area,SOD enzyme activity,POD enzyme activity,CAT enzyme activity,chlorophyll content,fructose content,Vc content and yield were:16.77 cm,24.31 cm~2,45.20 U/g,36.77 U/g,36.74 U/g,3.62 mg/g,23.98 mg/g,1.70 mg/g,2169.49 kg;It was significantly better than that of other experimental groups.Therefore,this combination of natural enemies can be used as a means of aphid control in the combined control mode.(3)After the use of the joint control mode consisting of the above two control methods,the damage rate of strawberry in the facility was only 6.22%;Plant height,leaf area,SOD enzyme activity,POD enzyme activity,CAT enzyme activity,chlorophyll content,fructose content,Vc content and yield were:17.88cm,26.50 cm~2,48.99 U/g,38.01 U/g,38.41 U/g,4.02 mg/g,25.30 mg/g,1.88 mg/g,3121.39 kg of strawberry under this combination mode were significantly higher than those of other experimental groups.In conclusion,the combined control mode of strawberry in this facility can effectively control fungal diseases and aphid pests.Improve the quality and yield of strawberry,increase the economic benefits of planting,provide technical support and guarantee for the safe and efficient production of facility strawberry,and provide relevant theories support for the prevention and control of related diseases and insect pests.
