| With the continuous change of domestic traditional agricultural structure and the sustainable development of animal husbandry.In the future straw fodder will become a new agricultural development trend.However the development of domestic silage machinery restricts the process of straw fodder.According to the development status of domestic silage machinery and the development trend of silage machinery in the future,I design a self-moving silage harvester which integrates harvesting,baling and envelop functions.Basing on the productivity matching of the whole machine,I design the harvesting parts;Aiming at the problem of discontinuous baling operation,I design a tape-type bundling device with continuous bundling function;Aiming at the poor quality of coated silage,I design a silage heat sealing device;According to the operating conditions of the machine,I design the whole machine frame;Aiming at the assembly sequence planning of the key components of the whole machine,I design a virtual assembly system.The main research contents and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)Self-propelled silage harvester overall design.According to the design requirements of the whole machine.Based on crawler chassis,I had determined the overall design of self-propelled silage harvester,which integrating the functions of straw harvesting,feeding,shredding,crushing,throwing,baling and wrapping.(2)Harvesting component design.Based on the productivity matching of the whole machine,I completed the parametric design of cutting table,feeding device,shredding device,grain crushing device and throwing device,and then the parametric model is established with NX10.0.Finally,CAE analysis of key components(cutter,feed roller and drum cutter)was carried out by Workbench17.0.Verified the structural strength,stiffness and vibration characteristics to meet the actual production requirements.(3)Silage component design.Common problems of round baling machine include blockage,low baling density and discontinuous baling work.Based on straw "open compression theory" and straw bale inner winding forming principle,I designed the long tape baling device and the toggle roller.The application of internal winding forming principle effectively solves the blockage in the bundling process and improves the working stability;To solve the problem of low binding density,I designed a pressing mechanism that can adjust binding density in real time by adjusting the tension of tape.On the basis of the temporary storage structure,I designed the toggle drum structure to realize the efficient and continuous operation of the baling device.Aiming at the poor quality of envelop silage,based on the idea of vacuum heat sealing packaging,I designed a heat sealing envelop device which is different from the flip winding envelop mechanism.Stretch membrane feeding mechanism to ensure smooth silage membrane output;The envelop bin integrates the heat sealing plate and adsorption belt to achieve the comprehensive coverage and heat sealing of the film;Based on the analytical method,I designed a six-bar film cutting mechanism to achieve stable and reliable film cutting work.Straw bales treated by heat sealing envelop can improve envelop silage quality and storage time.(4)Machine frame design and optimization.Based on the machine structure layout and operating conditions,I designed the rack mechanism,and Then I built the mechanical model of the frame under three operating conditions(full load,off-load and torsion).According to the actual working load,the specification parameters of transverse and longitudinal beams are determined.The frame parametric design was completed in NX10.0.According to the results of CAE analysis,the excitation source causing the frame resonance is screened.A multi-objective optimization model of the thickness and modal frequency and mass of the support beam with high sensitivity was established,and the optimization design test was carried out.After optimization,the first-order modal frequency and second-order modal frequency of the frame are increased by 16.16%and 18.32% respectively,and the mass is reduced by 9.94 kg,which effectively reduces the possibility of resonance occurrence.(5)Feeding device virtual assembly system.Firstly,aiming at the assembly sequence planning problem of the key components of the whole machine,taking the feeding device as an example,the assembly sequence planning problem of the feeding device was studied,and the feasible assembly sequence of the feeding device was obtained.Then,the virtual assembly system of the feeding device is established based on the unity3 d engine.Through the visual demonstration of the disassembly process of the virtual assembly system,the rationality of the assembly sequence of the feeding device is verified. |
