Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of China’s tourism industry,the implementation of the healthy China strategy,and the reform of the industrial structure and the "two mountains theory",the forest health tourism,which integrates health industry,green industry and tourism industry,has become the inevitable result of tourism transformation.In recent years,forest based health and wellness tourism base,has developed rapidly,rationally evaluated and improved the development level of forest based health and wellness tourism base,bases,promoted the rapid and healthy development of forest based health and wellness tourism base in Xinjiang,and formulated the evaluation criteria for forest based health and wellness tourism base,in Xinjiang has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on this,on the basis of reviewing the research and theory of forest health care at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of Xinjiang resources,the paper uses the expert scoring method,frequency screening method and other methods to repeatedly screen and construct the evaluation index system of forest based health and wellness tourism base.Based on the case study of Wusu Foshan National Forest health Park in Xinjiang,this paper analyzes the development status,advantages and disadvantages of Wusu Foshan National Forest Health Support Base,and puts forward relevant opinions,hoping for Xinjiang forest health conservation.Tourism development and development provide reference.In the construction of the evaluation index system,the frequency screening method was first used to screen out59 indicators,and then 42 indicators were obtained through expert consultation.The expert scoring method was used to investigate 32 experts from universities and research institutes in and outside Xinjiang.Questionnaire consultation,using the coefficient of variation and full-scale frequency to screen,combined with expert opinions to obtain the evaluation index system of Xinjiang Forest Health Tourism Base;Secondly,the expert scoring method is used to conduct expert consultation with 15 experts,and the results are calculated by the hierarchical entropy analysis method.Finally,based on the relevant literature,combined with the actual situation of the study area,the quality evaluation scores of Xinjiang Forest Health Tourism Base are formulated,and the quality of Xinjiang Forest Health Tourism Base is graded.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The evaluation index system includes three first-level indicators,eight second-level indicators and 40 third-level indicators.The quality level of the development and construction of forest based health and wellness tourism base,bases is divided into three levels;(2)“ Forest resources and environmental resources ” in the evaluation indicators play a role in the development of forest recreation and tourismThe qualitative role,which has the largest weight,followed by the "Tourism Development and Utilization Conditions",the "integrated management" conditions have the lowest weight.(3)The development of Xinjiang Forest Recreational Tourism Base is mainly based on the conditions of forest resources and environmental resources.Supporting,a resource-based tourism with the aid of tourism development and utilization conditions and management services as a means.(4)The development level of Wusu Foshan National Forest Recreational Tourism Base in Xinjiang has reached the first-class excellent level.Its forest resources and environmental resources are superior,its development and utilization conditions and comprehensive management level are at a good level,and can be used as other forests for recreation in Xinjiang.The model of tourism base development and construction has played an exemplary role.(5)The development of Wusu Foshan National Forest Recreational Tourism Base has an advantage in resources and location,but it is poor in industrial linkage,product development,publicity and policy.
