Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Forest Fire Prevention And Control Work Of Local Government

General Secretary Xi Jinping has stressed that "forests and grass flourish while ecology prospers".Forests are reservoirs,money reservoirs,grain depots and carbon reservoirs,which play a fundamental and strategic role in national ecological security.Ecological construction needs perseverance for a long time,but a forest fire can make several years of hard work burned,the loss of economic and ecological resources is immeasurable.Z County is rich in forest resources and frequent forest fires.In order to effectively reduce the number of forest fires in Z County and reduce the affected forest area,this paper deeply analyzes the problems of forest fire prevention work in Z County and the causes of frequent fires,puts forward forest fire prevention countermeasures at the actual grass-roots level,and provides a strong guarantee for forest fire prevention work in Z County.The paper uses the literature analysis method,case study method and interview method to systematically study the forest fire prevention and control work in Z County,and found that there are obvious shortcomings in the fire prevention and control work in Z County: the forest fire monitoring and early warning is not timely;the team management system is not perfect;the department consultation linkage is not smooth;the material support is not in place.Through systematically sorting out the causes of frequent fires and learning the effective management means at home and abroad,this paper believes that Z County should strengthen the forest fire monitoring and early warning ability,optimize the linkage and cooperation between departments,build the forest fire team system,and strengthen the logistics support of forest fire to solve the current difficulties in forest fire prevention in Z County.In the field of forest fire prevention research,our country mainly focus on larger provinces and cities forest fire prevention work situation and countermeasures,foreign mainly focus on forest fire prevention technology innovation,the local basic forest fire prevention research is relatively weak,this paper through the county perspective,improve the work of new ideas,for the basic county forest fire prevention work.
