Objective: To study the working mechanism of one kind of Chinese herbal medicines feedadditives which did health care function on the local Chickens。The Chinese herbal medicines wremade in Astragalus sp,Poria cocos,saposhnikovia divericata etc。We verificated their influenceon the immune function,antioxidation,NO and NOS in the serum of immunosuppressive Mice,and influence on the murine spleen of ultrastructural observation.Methods:①A total of 384 21-day-old local chicks were selected and divided into 4 groups,feeding stuff with Chinese herbal which compared with feeding stuff with antibiotics and feedingstuff with free additives were designed for two percentage of 0.2% and 0.4% for feeding localchickens divided discretionarily. Productive Performance were studied at the age of twentiethday,seventieth day,a hundredth day and one hundred thirtieth day, slaughter performance werestudied at the end of this feeding procession;②The experiment used hypoimmunity mice byCyclohosphamide (ip), the results of Compound Chinese herb on the immunocompetence and itsanti-oxidation effects were observed; The protective effects of Compound Chinese herb on thespleen were investigated incyclophosphamide induced immunosuppressive mice by oraladministration of the decoction; All the datum were dealt with the software of SPSS12.0, andone-way ANOVA analyzation and the Duncan comparation were used。Results:①Growth performance: at the age of seventieth day. the body weight in GroupⅠandGroupⅡincreaseed by 2.57% (p>0.05) and 3.38% (p>0.05) than the antibiotic grouprespectively ,by 4.64% (p>0.05) and 5.45%(p>0.05) than the contrast group; at the age of ahundredth day, the body weight in GroupⅡincreaseed by 0.90% (p>0.05) than the antibioticgroup , the body weight in GroupⅠand GroupⅡincreaseed by 8.10% (p<0.05) and 9.42%(p<0.05) than the contrast group; at the age of one hundred thirtieth day, the body weight in GroupⅠandGroupⅡincreaseed by 0.81%(p>0.05) and 2.01%(p>0.05) than the antibiotic group respectively,by 10.60%(p<0.01)和11.92%(p<0.01) than the contrast group; Daily weight gain in GroupⅠandGroupⅡincreaseed by 0.81% and 2.12% than the antibiotic group respectively ,by 11.36% and12.81% than the contrast group; The feed conversion ratio was 11.32% and 12.45% lower than thecontrast group respectively;②Slaughter performance for male: the dressed percentage in GroupⅠand GroupⅡincreaseed by 4.45%,5.30% (P>0.05) than the antibiotic group respectively , by 3.17%,4.07% (P>0.05) than the contrast group; The percentage of half-eviscerated yield in GroupⅠand GroupⅡincreaseed by 7.64 % (P<0.05) and 5.20% (P>0.05) than the antibiotic group respectively ,by7.54% (P<0.05) and 5.10% (P>0.05) than the contrast group; The percentage of eviscerated yieldin GroupⅠand GroupⅡincreaseed by 8.30 % ( P<0.05) and 4.53 % (P>0.05) than the antibiotic group respectively ,by 9.03% (P<0.05) and 5.24% (P>0.05) than the contrast group; Thepercentage of quarter leg in GroupⅠand GroupⅡincreaseed by 0.71 %,0.57%than the antibioticgroup, by 2.22 %,2.08% than the contrast group; The percentage of breast muscle in GroupⅡincreaseed by 2.16 % (P>0.05) than the antibiotic group, GroupⅠand GroupⅡincreaseed by 2.87% and 5.61 % than the contrast group; Slaughter performance for female: the dressed percentagein GroupⅠand GroupⅡincreaseed by 4.38 %,6.94% (P>0.05) than the antibiotic grouprespectively , by 0.60 %,3.29 % (P>0.05) than the contrast group; The percentage ofhalf-eviscerated yield in GroupⅠincreaseed by 0.22 % (P>0.05) than the antibiotic grouprespectively ,by 4.56%,3.88% than the contrast group; The percentage of eviscerated yield inGroupⅠand GroupⅡincreaseed by 2.92% (P>0.05),1.21 (P>0.05) than the antibiotic grouprespectively ,by 7.26% (P>0.05),5.48% (P>0.05) than the contrast group; The percentage ofquarter leg in GroupⅠand GroupⅡincreaseed by 0.71 %,1.73 %than the antibiotic group, by 1.39% (P>0.05),2.42% than the contrast group; The percentage of breast muscle in GroupⅠandGroupⅡincreaseed by 0.72%,1.33 %than the antibiotic group, by 2.02 %,2.64% than thecontrast group; Make the effects of meat quality unobviously。③Immune function: the amount of cytolysin in three groups of Chinese herbal medicineswere significantly increased by 131.25% (P<0.01),134.38% (P<0.01) and 134.38% (P<0.01) thanthe control group; The IgG level of three groups of Chinese herbal medicines increaseed by 23.45% (P<0.05) , 35.22% (P<0.01) and 29.26% (P<0.01) thanthe control group; The IgA and IgMlevel of three groups of Chinese herbal medicines were significantly increased (P < 0.01) than thecontrol group; The C level of three groups of Chinese herbal medicines increaseed by 22.66 %(P<0.05),24.15% (P<0.05) and 24.98% (P<0.01) than the control group; The C level of threegroups of Chinese herbal medicines increaseed by 27.31% (P>0.05) , 45.89% (P>0.05) and 40.58% ( P>0.05) than the control group; The structure alerations of spleen: the index of spleen in threegroups of Chinese herbal medicines were significantly increased by 54.78% (P<0.01),75.36%(P<0.01) and 59.81% (P<0.01) than the control group; Under the observe of LightMicroscope, significant histological change was observed in the murine spleen。④Antioxidation: the amount of MDA in three groups of Chinese herbal medicines weresignificantly decreased by 41.92% (P<0.01),46.63% (P<0.01) and47.14% (P<0.01) than thecontrol group, increaseed 10.94 %,1.94% and 0.97% (P>0.05) than the contrast group; theamount of T-AOC in three groups of Chinese herbal medicines were significantly increaseed by24.22% (P>0.05),26.91% (P>0.05) and 19.97% (P>0.05) than the control group;⑤No and NOS: The No level of three groups of Chinese herbal medicines increaseed by16.18% (P>0.05),39.60% (P>0.05) and 29.89 (P>0.05) than the control group;
