| Ecological fishery is the main fishery development model in my country in recent years.Because of its good ecological,economic and social benefits,it has become an important promoter of my country’s fishery transformation and upgrading and high-quality development.The "three districts and three prefectures" deep poverty areas refer to the deeply impoverished areas at the national level,of which the "three districts" are the Tibet Autonomous Region,the Tibetan areas of the four provinces(Qinghai,Sichuan,Yunnan,Gansu),and the four prefectures in southern Xinjiang."Prefectures" refers to Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture,Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture,and Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture,(hereinafter referred to as "three districts and three prefectures")."Three districts and three prefectures" have special natural environment,harsh ecological environment,long history of poverty,and arduous task of poverty alleviation,but they have abundant water resources and indigenous fish,which provide a good foundation for the development of ecological fishery.In recent years,the "three regions and three prefectures" have implemented relevant policies to integrate the development of ecological fishery and poverty alleviation,and have explored "environmentally friendly cage ecological breeding","human-free ecological breeding","indigenous fish proliferation and restoration","pond and paddy field ecology".Ecological fishery poverty alleviation models such as planting and breeding,"circulating water-saving ecological aquaculture" and "integration of fishing and tourism with recreational fisheries" have achieved good industrial poverty alleviation results,and have played an important role in the "three districts and three prefectures" poverty alleviation as scheduled and the poverty alleviation and income increase of poor households.enhancement.In 2020,my country will win the battle against poverty in an all-round way,and the "three rural" work will be fully transferred to the rural revitalization work.To this end,the experience and deficiencies of ecological fishery poverty alleviation in the “three regions and three prefectures” were summarized in a timely manner,and relevant suggestions were put forward to promote the high-quality development of the “three regions and three prefectures” ecological fishery,and help stabilize the “three regions and three prefectures” ecological fishery poverty alleviation achievements.To achieve long-term poverty alleviation without returning to poverty,it is particularly important to promote the high-quality sustainable development of ecological fishery and rural revitalization in the “three regions and three prefectures”.This paper takes 6 typical fishery poverty alleviation cases in "three regions and three prefectures" as the main research objects,and through the combination of literature research and field research,in-depth analysis of their industrial development,poverty alleviation measures,poverty alleviation effect,poverty alleviation experience,existing problems and other issues,and then use the theory of precise poverty alleviation,the theory of the whole industry chain and the theory of sustainable development to analyze and summarize the poverty alleviation measures,poverty alleviation effects,the construction status of the whole industry chain and the existing problems of the six typical ecological fishery poverty alleviation models of "three regions and three prefectures".Provide relevant countermeasures and suggestions.The related research in this paper has made a certain contribution to the enrichment and improvement of the industrial poverty alleviation theory of ecological fishery and the theory of the whole industry chain,and can provide
