| The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects and mechanism of guanidine acetic acid supplementation on growth performance, slaughtering performance, meat quality, muscle morphology, intestinal morphology and intestinal flora of yellow-feathered broilers.A total of 360 1-day-old yellow-feathered broilers with basically the same body weight were randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 10 in each group. They were divided into control group(basic feed),GAA300 group(basic diet + 300mg/kg guanidine acetic acid),GAA600 group(basic diet + 600mg/kg guanidine acetic acid),GAA900 group(basic diet + 900mg/kg guanidinacetic acid),GAA1200 group(basic diet + 1200mg/kg guanidinacetic acid). The experimental period is 60 days,in which 1-28 days is the early stage of the experiment and 29-60 days is the later stage of the experiment. The experimental results show that:(1)Compared with the control group, the diet supplemented with 300mg/kg,600mg/kg,900mg/kg and 1200mg/kg guanidine acetic acid increased the average daily gain by 13.01%,8.97%,12.95% and 11.35%(P>0.05),respectively,and decreased the feed-to-meat ratio by 1.90%,4.74% and 4.27%,respectively,with the addition of 300mg/kg,600mg/kg and 900mg/kg guanidinacetic acid(P>0.05).(2)Compared with the control group, different doses of guanidine acetic acid had no significant effect on slaughtering percentage,semi-eviscerated rate, eviscerated rate, abdominal fat rate, chest muscle percentage and leg muscle percentage of yellow-feathered broilers(P>0.05).(3)Compared with the control group, the drip loss of breast muscle of yellow-feathered broilers was significantly increased by adding 1200mg/kg guanidine acetic acid(P<0.05),and the drip loss increased linearly and twice with the increase of guanidine acetic acid content(P<0.05).The addition of 300 mg/kg,600 mg/kg and900 mg/kg guanidine acetic acid significantly increased the p H45 min of breast muscle of yellow-feathered broilers(P<0.05),and the brightness of breast muscle of yellow-feathered broilers increased at first and then decreased with the increase of guanidine acetic acid addition(P>0.05),but the brightness decreased twice with the increase of guanidine acetic acid addition(P=0.10).(4)Compared with the control group, the GLU content first decreased and then decreased with the increase of the guanidinoacetic acid addition The rising quadratic relationship(P<0.05).The addition of guanidinoacetic acid in the diet had a significant effect on the serum ALT of yellow-feather broilers at the later stage(P<0.05).With the increase of guanidinoacetic acid addition, the ALT content showed a linear and quadratic increase(P<0.05).The GLU content showed a linear upward trend with the increase of the guanidinoacetic acid addition amount(0.05<P≤0.10).(5)Compared with the control group, the addition of guanidinoacetic acid to the diet had no significant effect on the content of lactic acid and glycogen in the breast muscle of yellow feather broilers(P>0.05).In the early stage, the diameter of pectoralis muscle fibers increased linearly with the increase of guanidinoacetic acid(0.05<P ≤ 0.10);in the later stage, the density of pectoralis muscle fibers first decreased and then increased with the increase of guanidinoacetic acid(0.05<P ≤0.10).(6)Compared with the control group, the addition of 900mg/kg and 1200mg/kg guanidinoacetic acid to the diet significantly reduced the crypt depth of the early jejunum(P<0.01)compared with the control group. With the increase of the dose of guanidinoacetic acid, the early jejunal The crypt depth increased first and then decreased two times(P<0.05);the addition of 600mg/kg,900mg/kg,1200mg/kg guanidinoacetic acid significantly increased the prophase jejunal tortoise ratio(P<0.01).The increase in the amount of guanidinoacetic acid showed a secondary relationship that first decreased and then increased(P<0.05).The depth of jejunal crypts in the later stage decreased linearly with the increase of the dosage of guanidinoacetic acid(0.05<P≤0.10).(7)The results of 16 s sequencing showed that the addition of guanidine acetic acid to the diet had no significant effect on the cecal intestinal flora. In summary, dietary supplementation of 900mg/kg guanidine acetic acid could improve the growth performance, chest muscle quality and intestinal function of yellow-feathered broilers. |
