The purpose of this study was to study the effect of emulsifier(lysophosphatidy-lcholine)on energy utilization efficiency of rapidly-growing yellow-feathered broilers, mainly to investigate the production performance, slaughtering performance, meat quality, intestinal morphology, serum biochemical index and liver fat metabolism gene.1080 one day old yellow feathered broiler cocks with the same body weight were randomly divided into 6 treatment groups: basal diet(basal diet),basal + 500 g /T emulsifier group(basal diet + 500 g /T emulsifier),reduced energy group(reduced energy diet based on basal diet by 0.25MJ/kg),reduced energy + 500g/T emulsifier group(reduced energy diet + 500g/T emulsifier),reduced energy + 500g/T emulsifier group(reduced energy diet + 500g/T emulsifier)The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups(energy reducing diet+ 750g/T emulsifier group)and energy reducing diet + 1000g/T emulsifier group(energy reducing diet + 1000g/T emulsifier group). There were 6 replicates in each group,30 in each replicate. The experiment lasted for 52 days, divided into early stage(1-21 days old)and late stage(21-52 days old). The results are as follows:(1)During the whole experiment period,When 500 g / T emulsifier was added, feed energy value and emulsifier(P < 0.05)significantly affected the average daily feed intake and feed to meat ratio of broilers. The feed intake and feed to meat ratio of broilers were significantly affected by adding different emulsifiers in low energy diet.In the early stage of the experiment, the feed intake and feed to meat ratio decreased first and then increased(P < 0.01),decreased linearly in the late stage and the whole period of the experiment(P < 0.05).(2)Adding 500 g / T emulsifier to basal diet and low energy diet had a tendency to reduce the whole net body weight and leg muscle rate(P < 0.10).There was interaction between 500 g / T emulsifier and dietary energy value on leg muscle percentage at early stage and total net bore weight at late stage(P < 0.05).In low energy diet, the breast muscle rate decreased linearly with the increase of emulsifier(P <0.05).(3)Adding 500 g / T emulsifier to basal diet and low energy diet significantly increased the drip loss of breast muscle at 21 days of age(P < 0.05).When different doses of emulsifier were added to low energy diet, the ph of leg muscle of 52 day old broilers increased at first and then decreased with the increase of emulsifier(quadratic,P < 0.05).(4)The digestibility of crude fat, crude protein and dry matter of basal diet and low energy diet in the early stage of the experiment were significantly increased by adding 500 g /T emulsifier(P < 0.05),and the digestibility of energy, crude protein and dry matter of basal diet and low energy diet in the late stage of the experiment were significantly increased(P < 0.05).In yellow feathered broilers fed with low energy diet, the digestibility of crude fat increased with the increase of emulsifier dosage in the early stage of the experiment(linear,P < 0.05),and the digestibility of energy increased with the increase of emulsifier dosage in the late stage of the experiment(linear,P < 0.05;quadratic,P < 0.05).(5)Adding 500 g/T emulsifier to the diet significantly increased the villus height and villus height / crypt depth ratio of jejunum and ileum of yellow feathered broilers in the early and late stage of the experiment(P < 0.05),and significantly decreased the crypt depth of jejunum and ileum of yellow feathered broilers(P < 0.05).There was interaction between dietary energy and 500 g/T emulsifier on villus height and villus height / crypt depth ratio of yellow feathered broilers in the early and late stage of the experiment(P < 0.05).In addition, the villus height and villus height / crypt depth ratio of jejunum and ileum of yellow feathered broilers fed with reduced energy diet increased with the increase of emulsifier dosage(linear,P < 0.05).(6)In the early stage of the experiment, adding 500 g/T emulsifier to the two diets significantly affected the amylase activity in duodenal juice of yellow feathered broilers(P < 0.05).At the end of the experiment, the amylase activity in duodenal juice was significantly decreased(P < 0.05)and the lipase activity was significantly affected(P < 0.05)when 500 g/T was added to the two diets. There was interaction between dietary energy and 500 g/T emulsifier on amylase activity in the early stage and lipase activity in the late stage(P < 0.05).In addition, different doses of emulsifier in low energy diet significantly affected amylase activity(linear,P < 0.01;quadratic,P < 0.01)and chymotrypsin activity(linear,P < 0.01)in the early stage of the experiment, and significantly affected lipase activity(linear,P < 0.05;quadratic,P < 0.05)and chymotrypsin activity(linear,P < 0.05)in the late stage of the experiment.(7)Adding 500 g/T emulsifier to the two diets significantly affected the serum total triglyceride(TG)concentration of yellow feathered broilers in the early stage of the experiment(P < 0.05).There was interaction between dietary energy and 500 g/T emulsifier on serum total triglyceride(TG)concentration in the early stage of the experiment(P < 0.05).In addition, different doses of emulsifier in low energy diet significantly affected serum total triglyceride(TG)concentration(quadratic,P < 0.01)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL)(quadratic,P < 0.05)in the early stage of the experiment.(8)Adding 500 g/T emulsifier to the two diets increased the expression of APOA4 in liver(0.05 < p < 0.10).Low energy diet supplemented with different doses of emulsifier significantly affected the expression levels of FABP1 and APOA4 in the liver of yellow feathered broilers(linear,P < 0.05;quadratic,P < 0.01).In summary, the addition of different doses of emulsifiers to rapidly-growing yellowfeathered broilers diets has a significant impact on the average daily feed intake and feed-tomeat ratio in the mid and early stages of production performance;the significance of slaughter performance is not obvious;the difference between meat quality The index has no significant impact;it has a significant impact on the crypt depth, villus height and ratio of the intestinal morphology;the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol of the serum biochemical index is significant;APOA1 in the liver fat metabolism gene is significant,of which energy-reducing feeding Adding 750g/t to the has the emulsifier best effect.
