Seeds are the "chip" of agricultural science and technology.Aquatic seed industry is the basic core industry of fishery,which determines the safe and effective supply of aquatic products and is the foundation for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of modern aquatic industry.Under the background that the aquaculture industry is far greater than the fishing industry,aquatic breeding plays an increasingly important role in ensuring the output and quality of aquatic products.The genetic breeding of aquatic animals is a complex and continuous system engineering: from the construction of the basic population,breeding,data measurement,to the evaluation of genetic parameters,to the selection of parents,and then to formulate breeding programs.In recent years,the domestic breeding management system has been widely used in the genetic breeding of various species.At present,in the process of aquatic animal breeding,it is gradually shifting from single-trait breeding to multi-trait compound breeding;most phenotypes and genomic data are not systematically managed,which leads to the disconnection between the breeding data management system and the calculation of selection and selection in actual breeding,and it cannot be quickly Efficient query and retrieval of breeding data information restricts the further improvement of breeding efficiency.Therefore,it is an effective method to develop a set of aquatic animal breeding management and analysis system combined with computer language.This platform is a B/S framework-based breeding data management and analysis platform developed in Linux environment using Mysql database(version number:5.1.30),java,R language,and maven,myeclipse 2017 tools.The project is deployed on the server and presented in the form of a website.Enter the system platform address on the webpage: http://218.94.39.50:9502/LDDX for access.The platform is called the ASReml package based on the R language.The ASreml version is: 4.1.0.151.After importing the ASreml package,the calculation function of the ASReml software is used.The platform contains 6 functional modules: system management,germplasm information,phenotype database,phenotype data analysis,genomic data and genomic data analysis.It can realize the management of aquatic animal phenotype data,pedigree data and genome data,breeding value analysis,heritability estimation,calculation of inbreeding and relationship coefficient,calculation of genetic progress and formulation of breeding selection and breeding scheme.The platform is realized the management,analysis and application of breeding data of aquatic animals(echinoderms,shellfish,fish,shrimps and crabs).Breeding values were calculated,and selection and breeding were carried out.In the process of phenotypic data analysis,the population source was used as a fixed effect,a single individual within the family was used as a random effect,and the total number of spines and body weight were used as dependent variables.The results of phenotypic data analysis showed that the heritability of the total number of spines was 0.853 ± 0.142,and the heritability of body weight was 0.846±0.178;and the comprehensive breeding value was calculated,and the top 20 individuals with the comprehensive breeding value of BLUP were selected,and the kinship coefficient was calculated through the platform,and the kinship coefficient was less than Individuals with 0.3 were selected to obtain a matching scheme.During the genomic data analysis,population origin was used as a fixed effect,SNP gene effect was used as a random effect,and the total number of spines and body weight were used as dependent variables.Three mathematical model algorithms,GBLUP,ss GBLUP,and Bayes,were used to analyze the genomic data.The results of the genomic data analysis showed that the heritability of total spines was0.518±0.448,and the heritability of body weight was 0.736±0.421.Calculate the comprehensive breeding value of each progeny individual,select the top 20 individuals with comprehensive breeding value,calculate the kinship coefficient through the platform,select the individuals with the kinship coefficient less than 0.3 for selection,and obtain the matching scheme.The running results were showed that the platform could correctly estimate various genetic parameters and breeding values,and select breeding programs according to the breeding values.Through this research,a comprehensive management platform for aquatic animal breeding that integrates the breeding data management system and genetic evaluation is established;the standardization of the aquatic animal breeding process and the intelligent management are realized;the efficiency of aquatic animal breeding is improved and the breeding process is accelerated.The promotion and application of this platform will improve the technical level of aquatic animal breeding and will greatly promote the development of aquatic animal breeding in my country. |
