Camellia sinensis is a perennial dissimilation plant of Camellia genus in theac eae and an important cash crop in China.Tea seed breeding is the basis of sustainable development of tea industry,and cutting is the main breeding method.The traditional cutting seedling period is long,the main problem is difficult to root.Therefore,adventit ious root occurrence of tea tree cuttings is the first condition for successful cuttings an d seedlings.Under the condition of modern facility agriculture,Experiments were carr ied out to study the effects of cutting cultivation methods,auxin,lignification degree of cuttings,number of leaves,shading and foliar fertilizer conditions on tea "Zikui" sh ort spike.The results are as follows:1.There are significant differences in root indexes among the groups under different culture methods.The "two-stage method" is used for cutting seedling root growth,that is,the first step is to cultivate cuttings in 0.01% Hoagland nutrient solution for 30 days,and the second step is to transfer to the matrix formula of Loess:peat soil: vermiculite =2:2:1 for 30 days.The seedlings can be transplanted out of the nursery after 2 months for production and promotion,and the second step is the cutting seedling root system cultivated in the whole matrix,The last is the root system of cuttings cultured in the whole nutrient solution.2.Auxin induced adventitious roots from cuttings of tea tree to increase the total rooting rate.The rooting effect of cuttings Indole butyric-nap Hthalene aceti acid(ABT1)was the best,Indole butyric acid(IBA)was the second,α-nap Hthalene acetic acid(NAA)was the worst,Among them,the cuttings with 200 mg/L Indole butyric-nap Hthaleneacetic acid(ABT1)for 2 h had the best comprehensive performance and the earliest root.Cuttings took root on the 25 th day after cutting,and the total rooting rate reached 98.04% after 60 days,significantly higher than 42.16% of the control wat er,which average rooting rate of each cuttings was 19.10,the fresh weight of roots was 10.75 g and the root length was 2.64 cm;Compared with 4.67 strips,0.05 g and1.87 cm treated with clean water,the differences were significant.There were no significant differences in rooting rate,rooting number and root length between quick dipping method and slow dipping method.3.Under the conditions of this study,the adventitious root growth of initial lignified cuttings is the best,the adventitious root growth of semi lignified and full lignified cuttings is relatively poor,and the cuttings with one bud and two leaves are too tender,resulting in the lowest survival rate,which is not conducive to cutting rooting.The adventitious root with 3 leaves grew best in the initial lignified cuttings,while the root occurrence and development of cuttings with too many leaves(5 leaves)or too few leaves(1 leaf)were relatively poor.4.Shading the mother tree 2 weeks in advance can promote the rooting of cuttings.The average root length,the longest root length,the maximum root number,t he budding rate,the partial root rate and the occurrence of fibrous roots of cuttings wit h shading rate of 50% and 65% were not significantly different.The cuttings with shad ing rate of 50% had the highest rooting rate(91.67%),the heaviest fresh root weight(2.72g)and the longest average root length(1.92cm).The average number of roots of c uttings with shading rate of 65% was 9.93 article.When the shading intensity reached80%,the rooting rate of cuttings was 60%,compared with 65% of the control group,t he rooting rate of cuttings was inhibited.Therefore,this study considers that the most s uitable shade condition for the mother tree of tea tree "Zikui" cutting rooting is within the range of 50%-65% natural light,that is,using 3-needle sunshade net or 4-needle sunshade net to cover the tea garden in production.5.When tea buds sprout and 2 weeks before cutting,the mother tree was spray ed with 1ml/L alginate foliar fertilizer,which had the best effect on promoting rooting of cuttings.Compared with the control group,the number of roots was 5.85 article,th e average root length was 2.46 cm and the budding rate was 8.33%.The average root n umber,root length and budding rate of cuttings were increased by 20%,13.82% and 11.67% respectively;Foliar fertilizer Kinetin(KT)and α-nap Hthalene acetic acid(NAA)were sprayed at the proper time of callus shape.Foliar fertilizer of amino acid,alginic acid and humic acid was sprayed at root stage.At the late stage of root growth,it is a dvisable to spray foliar fertilizer containing nitrogen,potassium and phosphorus.
