With the rapid development of agricultural machinery in China,people continue to use agricultural equipment,compressors in agriculture and agriculture is also very widely used.The agricultural compressor is through the reciprocating motion of the piston to achieve the purpose of increasing gas pressure,each component is the basis for the stable operation of the agricultural compressor,and in the actual work of the parts often have some failure problems,and the piston rod as one of the core moving parts of the compressor,to ensure its safety and trouble-free operation is very critical,so the study of the piston rod is essential.In the agricultural compressor,due to the piston parts in the high stress,operating conditions under complex conditions and more complex forces,if there is improper design,will cause the piston rod to lose operation to damage,or even cause other parts of the compressor failure,so that equipment damage,and in serious cases may also cause safety accidents,this paper focuses on research content is broadly summarized as follows.(1)Reference to review the current status of agricultural compressors literature and the failure mechanism of the compressor piston rod,to understand the agricultural compressor piston rod and piston connection and fastening method.(2)In order to make a specific and in-depth analysis of the agricultural compressor piston rod breakage problem,the piston rod breakage problem of natural gas compressor4M20 in an agricultural fertilizer plant in actual operation as a typical case,to further analyze and determine the cause of the piston rod breakage accident.After the piston rod fracture,the sample parts were subjected to electron microscope tests of macroscopic and microscopic morphology of the fracture,hardness tests of the material,chemical composition tests of the material,metallographic inspection tests and composition tests of surface dirt samples,and based on the actual parameters of the piston rod,it was judged that the main reason for the piston rod fracture was due to the actual operating media components,the content of acidic components such as H2 S and HCL was higher than that in the initial calculation,and the actual The hardness of the piston rod was measured to be higher than the required value.(3)The piston parts as a whole were modified,and the original piston parts were connected by electric heating holes to preloaded nuts,modeled by CATIA software and finite element analysis,and the piston rods before and after the modification were subjected to stress-strain analysis and finite element stress-strain analysis,perspective view and displacement deformation analysis to obtain data comparison results.It is confirmed that the modified structure can effectively avoid the damage caused by the stress concentration phenomenon caused by the original structure,and the analysis data after the modification all meet the required values and can achieve stable operation.The improvement solution studied in this paper effectively solves the hidden problem of piston rod failure in the natural gas compressor in this agricultural fertilizer plant,changes the stress situation and extends the service life of the piston rod during operation,and reduces the cost.Effectively ensure that the equipment in a smooth and reliable operation,thus greatly improving the safety performance of the machine,to ensure the safety of the staff themselves.
