Shandong Province Farmers Crop Straw Resource Utilization Willingness And Performance Evaluation Research

Shandong province as an agricultural province,annual grain,crops,straw resources are very rich,but the rural energy structure with social and economic progress and urbanization after change,the lack of labor force,straw demand reduction,burning,waste straw phenomenon appears frequently,make crop straw such an important biological resources,not get reasonable use to play its economic,social and ecological value,but led to a certain degree of environmental pollution and resource waste.Therefore,through the investigation and understanding of Shandong farmers of crop straw resource utilization willingness and related situation,the performance evaluation of crop straw utilization,help to improve the existing policy of crop straw resource utilization,improve the efficiency of agricultural industry,in order to further optimize the rural energy structure,promote modern agricultural process,improve agricultural economic benefit,has a great positive role.Through literature search,qualitative,quantitative and statistical analysis method,combined with the calculation of crop straw quantity in Shandong province,field investigation,visiting farmers,collect related questionnaires,using Tobit model of farmers crop straw resource utilization willingness regression analysis,the results of the external environment and the psychological characteristics of farmers,the acquisition of the straw,to promote the straw resources.Then,this paper using DPSIR model to build driving force,pressure,state,influence and response index system model,the rural straw resource utilization quantitative evaluation,the results show that the comprehensive weight is the response layer and pressure layer,37.1% and32.4%,state layer contribution rate of 17.1%,shows that the treatment of agricultural waste biogas engineering quantity,rural biogas utilization comprehensive effect,the current rural biogas should get special attention.Found at the same time,farmers in Shandong province of crop straw resource utilization policy lack of cognition,but most of the farmers under the appropriate subsidy policy to participate in crop straw recycling attitude positive,from the perspective of straw resource performance improvement,scale processing,straw resource biogas can effectively improve the performance of straw resource.Thus,increase straw recycling subsidies and propaganda,for small-scale and large-scale agricultural production subject implement different policy,promote the crop straw resource utilization market establishment and perfect,improve the level of technology development and service,into the regional industrial development planning and focus on biogas engineering coverage,pollution rights trading in a small area to reduce emissions,to drive farmers to participate in straw resource enthusiasm,improve the economic,social and ecological benefits of straw resources is of great significance.
