Shrubs is an important aforestation tree species for windbreak and sand-fixation and economic development in our country,stubble rejuvenation is its unique biological features.The cutting quality of stubble is a key factor to judge the stubble effect.Aiming at the problem of long research period and poor cutting quality caused by unreasonable working parameters in the design process of bush cutting device,a circular saw bush cutting test bench was developed and tested for bush cutting.The mechanical properties of Salix psammophila which was taken as the testing object were studied and its mechanical parameters were measured,which provided theoretical basis for the analysis of shrub cutting mechanism,the development of test bed and the subsequent mechanical theory of shrub stubble;Based on the study of shrub cutting mechanism,the overall design scheme of the testing bench was proposed,and the overall assembly model of the test-bed was established by using Pro/E software modular design.According to the requirements of the key parts of the design,calculation and selection,using ANSYS software to check saw blade strength and stiffness.The testing bench is mainly composed of cutting device and its driving motor,feed device and its driving motor,longmen frame and fixed frame,in order to achieve adjustable cutting speed,adjustable feed speed,uniform cutting and replaceable saw blade functions.According to the theory of finite element modal analysis,the finite element modal analysis of cutting mechanism was carried out by ANSYS to find out its natural frequency and judge its working stability;Using ADAMS software to analyze the kinematics and dynamics of the cutting structure,and explore the vibration status and the change of cutting force during its operation combining with the theory of vibration analysis;The dynamic analysis module ADAMS was also used to simulate the vibration of cutting test bench under external excitation,and the influence of cutting vibration on cutting force was analyzed.The circular saw bush cutting test bench was used to carry out indoor cutting test,and the test evaluation index was designed.The precision analysis range of sawing speed,feed speed and saw blade diameter was determined through single factor cutting test.Orthogonal experiments were designed with sawing speed,feed speed and saw blade diameter as interactive factors.The effects of sawing speed,feed speed and saw blade diameter on cutting quality were analyzed by response surface analysis method,and the optimal working parameters were obtained.The results show that the best parameters of bush cutting quality are as follows: blade speed 1553.4 r/min,feed speed 440.203 mm/s,saw blade diameter 250 mm.The cutting quality of bush cutting is 81.97% under the condition of parameter combination.
