| The corn stalk-stubble breaking and returning to the field is one of the most important and effective measures for conservation tillage.But the returning blade is easy to wear and tear for cutting soil with high speed.The effect of crushing straw is low by straw returning machine with one operation,much operations would increase power consumption and result in soil compaction seriously etc.The author proposed a new solution that digging corn root stalk with low speed and throwing back before smashing with high speed,and new straw-stalk smashing and returning machine was designed to solve these problems.Experiment research on straw-stubble smashed machine was done with a combination of theoretical analysis and experimental research.The overall plan of the straw-stalk smashing and returning machine and workingprinciple was determined through investigating and analyzing the existing main technical parameters of straw returning machine.Drive system was designed in detail.Related parameters were determined through kinematics analysis of the stubble digging and cutting device.In this paper,the composition and configuration of power consumption for straw-stalk smashing and returning machine were analyzed.Based on the modeling module of Solidworks software,the stubble digging and cutting device and digging blade model of different size are established.Based on Solidworks simulation,by the static analysis of the key components,the strength and safety coefficient of the parts were checked and the appropriate part was chosen.According to experiment of influencing factors on the digging corn stalk for corn straw returning machine,the optimal combination was obtained: the rotating speed of 640r/min,the forward speed of 1.2m/s,and the digging depth of 31 mm,at that time power consumption of615 w.Confirmatory tests showed that the inaccuracy was little.Single factor experiment was conducted on rotating speed.The drawing was plotted and the data was fitted by Origin software.The computation indicated the lowest value of rotating speed for finishing root stalk digging work was 626r/min under fixed forward speed of 1.2m/s and digging depth of 31 mm.The prototype was produced on the basis of calculation and simulation analysis.Field experiment was carried out at test station in Shan Dong University of Technology.From this study we concluded that,1)The orthogonal combination experiments of three factors and three levels showed that the order of significance of influence of the factors on straw and stubble smashing rate was the smashed straw roller of revolving speed,the smashed root stubble roller of revolving speed and the forward speed.2)The optimal parameter combination of smashing and returning machine was that forward speed of 1.2m/s,smashed straw roller of revolving speed of 1850r/min and smashed root stubble roller of revolving speed of 800r/min when straws were upright.There are interaction between the smashed straw roller of revolving speed and the smashed root stubble roller of revolving speed,the smashed straw roller of revolving speed and the forward speed.There is no interaction between the smashed root stubble roller of revolving speed and the forward speed.The end,the performance test of prototype showed that the prototypes work well,safely and unfailingly at test station both when straws were upright and smashed.The smashing efficiency was better when straws were smashed.The smashing and returning machine can meet the requirements of national relevant standards. |
