| In view of the low utilization rate of water and fertilizer in the seedling breeding technology of licorice and Scutellaria scutellaria,and the neglect of high quality seedling breeding during the production,the experiment of the greenhouse seedling breeding and the field seedling breeding by water and nitrogen interaction was carried out,in order to provide reference for the rapid production of high quality seedlings in the factory and in the field.Five treatments with different proportions of peat soil and substrate were set up in the soilless substrate seedling experiment in greenhouse to explore the effects of reasonable proportions of peat soil and substrate on the morphological indexes and seed and seedling yield and quality in the production of licorice and Scutellaria baicalensis.Regularity of growth and yield formation of licorice and Scutellaria scutellaria during seedling raising under interaction of water and nitrogen.The results are as follows:1.After seeding and transplanting in greenhouse,the aboveground part of Glycyrrhiza and Scutellaria scutellaria grew faster,and about 60 days after seedling emergence,the root began to grow rapidly,the root surface area and volume increased rapidly,and the dry matter distribution was more focused on the root,and the root-shoot ratio increased gradually.In this experiment,it was found that vermiculite(K5)matrix consisting entirely of peat soil(K4)would lead to shorter root length,which was insufficient to achieve high quality seedlings,and affected the morphology and quality grade of seedlings.When the ratio of peat soil and vermiculite was 1:1,high quality seedlings could be produced,and factory seedlings could be quickly bred.2.The reasonable ratio of peat soil and vermiculite can improve the water and nutrient utilization efficiency of seedlings.The ratio of peat soil to vermiculite(1:1)could improve the utilization of nutrients.The seedling yield decreased with the increase of vermiculite,and the nutrient utilization efficiency of K4 treatment was significantly lower than that of K5 treatment.In this experiment,both licorice and Scutellaria baicalensis showed that K1 treatment had higher nutrient utilization efficiency and high quality seedling rate on the basis of high yield.3.In the field seedling experiment,with the decrease of nitrogen and water application,the relative chlorophyll content of leaves decreased and the decreasing range became larger,the net photosynthetic rate decreased,and the Fv/Fm value decreased.The activities of SOD,POD and CAT increased,the stress resistance of plants was enhanced,the accumulation of organic matter was less,and the yield was reduced... |
