Study On The Current Situation And Development Strategy Of Economic Forest Industry In Wulanchabu City

Now,economic forest industry is a new sunrise industry,is to drive "agriculture,rural areas" to increase income and get rich path,but also to promote the strategy of rural revitalization.Economic forest gives consideration to ecological benefits,economic benefits and social benefits.It is particularly important to construct economic forest industry in ecologically fragile Wulanchabu area.Wulanchabu city and surrounding provinces and cities,this article through to the city through analyzing current situation of the development of economic forest industry,using literature,in-depth investigation,field Ta Zha,seminar and questionnaire method,studies the wulanchabu city economic forest industry development course,present situation and the existing problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and measures.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Learn from Chifeng city,Zhangjiakou city to develop apricot economic forest industry;Introduction of Tongliao ’Saiwai Red’ apple,enrich the existing apple varieties;Introduction of zhangjiakou grape species,the development of grape industry;Study the seabuckthorn cultivation technology and brand drink construction of Datong city and Chifeng Aohan Banner,and develop the seabuckthorn industry.(2)Economic forest was introduced in 1954,and small apples such as ’Jinhong’ and’Huangtaiping’ were successfully introduced in 1958.Up to now,’Jinhong’ apple has become the dominant variety in the region.Different stage economic forest development situation exists difference,have high tide and trough,show overall good situation.From the perspective of the existing economic forest resources in the former mountain and the back mountain,the former mountain is dominated by the fruit tree economic forest industry of ’Jinhong’ apple,apricot,grape and strawberry,while the latter mountain is dominated by the caragana korshinskii fodder economic forest industry.From the point of view of economic forest construction mode,a variety of compound management mode is formed,which is dominated by enterprise/cooperative + collective + peasant household mode,supplemented by ecological poverty alleviation,courtyard economy,underforest economy,leisure agriculture,village collective economy and family farm mode.(3)Main problems existing in economic forest industry.Limited by natural conditions,economic forest varieties are single,the industrialization degree of economic forest is low,at present only large area planting ’golden red’ apple,mountain apricot and other fruit trees economic forest;The construction of nursery and supporting facilities is weak,and the supply capacity of economic forest nursery is weak.Technical shortage,lack of endogenous power,lack of relevant technical personnel of municipal Forestry and Grass Bureau;Management is not scientific,management responsibility is not clear,planting structure is not reasonable;Leading enterprises drive the effect is not significant,the role of demonstration is not obvious.(4)Countermeasures and measures for the development of economic forest industry.Through the introduction and selection of breeding work,summarize and learn from the excellent achievements to get rid of natural conditions;Improve the construction of nursery and supporting facilities;Strengthen guidance and training,introduce talents and technology,attract talents to return home to start a business;Optimize business management,optimize regional layout,improve quality and quality;Create local brands,strengthen the construction of leading enterprises,create all kinds of economic forest model leading demonstration;Focus on developing leisure agricultural economic forest industry;Rely on Cooperation between Beijing and Mongolia to deepen regional cooperation;We will improve the business environment and strengthen communication and coordination between government departments.
