Yuanhu is a kind of rhizome Chinese medicinal material with analgesic effect.With the improvement of its medical and commercial value,the counties and districts of Hanzhong City in Shaanxi Province have increased the scale of planting Yuanhu,but the mechanization level of Yuanhu harvest is not enough,the harvesting method is still dominated by manual mining.Therefore,it is necessary to design a Yuanhu harvesting device with high mechanization level,good harvest quality,and strong field adaptability based on the field operating conditions and studying the harvesting and mining mechanism.The key mechanism of the new Yuanhu harvester is designed and analyzed.In this paper,through comparison and demonstration,the crushing roller brush excavation scheme is selected as the design idea of the mechanism,and analysis and demonstration are made on the scheme of the roller brush power transmission method,conveying cleaning type,bristle type,etc.,and a new Yuanhu harvester excavation mechanism is formed.Considering all of working conditions in actual production,the principle analysis of the excavation process during the harvest of Yuanhu is carried out,the dynamic characteristics of the core device were analyzed dynamically,and the parameters of key components were designed and calculated.This includes a dynamic analysis of the operating conditions of the soil shovel,calculating the relevant parameters of the blade opening angle,shovel surface inclination angle,shovel surface length,etc.,establishing a mathematical model of each key parameter and traction resistance,and drawing each parameter The influence curve of the traction resistance has obtained a reasonable selection range of the design parameters of the soil shovel;through the analysis of the force of the soil removal process of the roller brush of the excavation mechanism,the mathematics of the free length of the bristles,the radius of the roller brush shaft and the rigidity of the bristles are established.According to the model,the functional relationship between the lift speed,lift inclination angle and the conveying capacity of the lift chain are obtained.Through the analysis of the bar lift chain,the relevant parameters of the drive shaft power,diameter and torque are calculated.After the above calculation and analysis,the design calculation of the key components of the new Yuanhu harvester excavation mechanism is completed,and a virtual prototype three-dimensional model of the overall mechanism is initially established.Based on the theoretical research of the excavation mechanism,considering all of working conditions in actual production,the three-dimensional model of the virtual prototype is analyzed by finite element method.Through statically analysis,it is found that the overall design of the mechanism is stable,the deformation is small,and part of the stress concentration area is partially reinforced.Based on the final three-dimensional model corrected by static analysis and load distribution and actual movement of each device,the kinematics simulation of the excavation mechanism is performed based on Nx,and the two different drive loading modes are analyzed and compared.The overall operation of the mechanism is normal.The research on the Z component of each connecting rod verifies that the gear transmission scheme of the mining mechanism can meet the stability requirements.
