| It is one of the ways to utilize Coal gasification slag in ecological agriculture field that Coal gasification slag is used as soil conditioner after harmless treatment.In order to study the effects of Coal gasification residue conditioner on the growth,quality and soil nutrients of ryegrass,seven different application levels were set up in this experiment,and the control(CK)did not apply fertilizer,0.75 kg/m~2(M1),1.5kg/m~2(M2),2.25 kg/m~2(M3),3 kg/m~2(M4),3.75 kg/m~2(M5),4.5 kg/m~2(M6).The best application amount of Coal gasification residue conditioner in ryegrass planting was determined by measuring the effects of different application amount of conditioner on the biomass,nutrient quality,heavy metal content,leaf enzyme activity and soil nutrients of ryegrass during harvest.The main results are as follows:(1)The application of Coal gasification slag conditioner can improve the yield of ryegrass.When the application rate is 2.25kg/m~2(M3),the yield of fresh grass and hay reaches the highest.Compared with CK,the yield of fresh grass can reach30.49%,and the yield of hay can reach 24.98%.The protective enzyme activity of M2and M3 ryegrass leaves is lower than that of other experimental groups.The cost analysis shows that the input and output of M3 application is proportional to the maximum production capacity.(2)Under the influence of different application rates,the crude protein content of ryegrass reached the highest in M2 treatment,at 10.58%,and the crude fat content reached the highest in M3 treatment,at 6.73%.The crude fiber,neutral washing fiber,and acidic washing fiber content all reached a relative minimum compared to other experimental groups when the application rates were 1.5 kg/m~2(M2)and 2.25 kg/m~2(M3);The heavy metal content of ryegrass leaves in each fertilization treatment group was higher than that in the CK control group,but its content met the feeding standards;Comprehensive analysis shows that when the application rate is 2.25 kg/m~2(M3),the yield and quality of ryegrass are the best.(3)The treatments with different application rates can all improve soil nutrients,with significant differences compared to the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group CK,the total nitrogen content of M3 and M4 increased by 14.81%and 11.11%.The increase in alkaline nitrogen content of M2,M3,M4,and M5 is all above 30%.The content of available potassium significantly increased(P<0.05),which increased by 7.63%~58.18%compared to CK treatment.The organic matter content of each treatment increased significantly(P<0.05).Based on the above results,M3 can significantly increase the biomass of ryegrass(P<0.05),improve its quality,delay its aging,and achieve optimal fertilization costs and benefits.Soil nutrients can meet the growth needs of ryegrass. |
