| Cultivated land is the foundation for human survival and a prerequisite for sustainable social development,which is related to national food security and social stability.As a strong agricultural province in China,Shandong Province provides strong guarantees for China’s food supply.With the advancement of urbanization and industrialization,the non-agricultural phenomenon of cultivated land resources in Shandong Province has intensified,and scarcity has gradually emerged.Therefore,improving the cultivated land use efficiency and optimizing the allocation of arable land resources are urgent requirements for sustainable development in Shandong Province.The study takes counties in Shandong Province as the research area to analyze the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics and influencing factors of cultivated land use efficiency.Firstly,the Super-SBM Model is used to calculate the land use efficiency of various cities,counties and districts in Eastern Province.Secondly,use GIS to analyze the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of cultivated land use efficiency.Finally,Geo Detector was used to analyze the degree of impact of different influencing factors on cultivated land use efficiency and the interaction between factors.The main research content and results are as follows:(1)Calculating the cultivated land use efficiencyThe Super-SBM Model has been applied to the calculation of cultivated land use efficiency in different areas of Shandong Province.The cultivated land use efficiency of Shandong Province is rising and falling.Because of the influence of nature,society,economy,ets.,there is a great fluctuation in cultivated land use efficiency.Looking from different areas,Shandong Province has a big difference in cultivated land use efficiency,which has a trend of expansion.(2)Analyzing the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of cultivated land use efficiencyUsing descriptive statistical methods to analyze the overall and regional temporal evolution characteristics of the cultivated land use efficiency in Shandong Province.From an overall perspective,the use efficiency of arable land in various cities and counties in Shandong Province shows a fluctuating upward trend,with an average value increasing from0.535 to 0.545,a standard deviation increasing from 0.334 to 0.361,and a coefficient of variation increasing from 0.624 to 0.662.From a regional perspective,the highest efficiency values are found in Jinan City,Zibo City,Zaozhuang City,Jining City,Tai’an City,Dezhou City,and Liaocheng City,all of which are above 1.The lowest is Weihai City,with an efficiency value of 0.323.The spatial differences in farmland utilization efficiency in Shandong Province were analyzed using Arc GIS visualization and center-of-gravity-model.The results show that the order of the cultivated land use efficiency in Shandong Province is:northwest region of Shandong(0.649),central and southern region of Shandong(0.596),and eastern peninsula region of Shandong(0.363).The center of the cultivated land use efficiency is located in the central and western regions of the geometric center,and the overall efficiency of farmland utilization in the Western Region is higher than that in the Eastern Region.The center of gravity of the cultivated land use efficiency shows a trend of shifting from southeast to northwest.The spatial autocorrelation model was used to analyze the spatial correlation characteristics of the cultivated land use efficiency in Shandong Province.The results indicate that the spatial agglomeration of the cultivated land use efficiency in Shandong Province is significant,with global Moran’s I of 0.226,0.192,and 0.164,respectively.The local space shows a positive correlation,and the“high-high”type area shows a trend of shifting towards the west,while the“low-low”type area shows a trend of moving towards the east.The agglomeration of the cultivated land use efficiency has slightly weakened,but still shows a trend of agglomeration.(3)Analyzing the influencing factors of the cultivated land use efficiencyBased on the analysis of the factors affecting the efficiency based on Geo Detector,the factor detection results show that the order of the impact of the factors on the efficiency is:multiple cropping index of cultivated land(0.4267)> per capita disposable income of rural residents(0.2240)> mean elevation(0.2140)> per area total power of agricultural machinery per unit area(0.1638)> per capita GDP(0.1565)> per capita cultivated land(0.0865)> mean slope(0.0432)> effective irrigation index(0.0266).The effect intensity of each variable on different regions is significantly different.In short,natural,cultivated land endowment,socioeconomic and agricultural technical terms have a certain impact on efficiency.Among them,Multiple cropping index of cultivated land is the most significant.In terms of interaction,mean elevation and multiple cropping index of cultivated land have the greatest impact,followed by the mean slope and multiple cropping index of cultivated land.The interactive impact value of the mean elevation and per capita disposable income of rural residents adjacent to them.Based on these,Shandong Province should adjust measures to local conditions,implement precise policies,allocate arable land resources reasonably,improve the cultivated land efficiency,and promote regional sustainable development.The research results can provide reference for future policy formulation in Shandong Province. |
