Research On The Restrictive Factors Of High Quality Development Of Dairy Farming Industry In Henan Province

Dairy cattle breeding is an indispensable industry to ensure national health and national food security in the new era.It has always been a key supervision and representative industry of China’s food safety,as well as a strategic industry of agricultural and rural modernization and a landmark industry to promote the integrated development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries.Since the reform and opening up,Henan province has been a big province of animal husbandry,at the same time,dairy cattle breeding is an important part of animal husbandry in Henan Province.As a high value-added industry to ensure people’s livelihood,dairy farming plays an important role in driving rural residents to get rich,increasing residents’ income,and promoting the supply-side structural reform of animal husbandry.It is an important pillar for the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the revitalization of rural economy.In order to ensure the successful completion of the revitalization plan of dairy industry in Henan Province,realize the high quality development of dairy industry in Henan Province,and further promote the high quality development of livestock industry in Henan Province,it is necessary to deeply understand the development status of dairy industry in Henan Province,study the modern and high quality development level of dairy industry in Henan province,and deeply analyze the practical problems and difficulties faced by the high quality development of dairy farms.Find out the fundamental factors that restrict the high quality development of dairy farming.The author selected 53 dairy cattle farms in Henan Province.Through literature review and field research,the author first determined the basic situation,development advantages and the status quo of the industrial chain of dairy cattle breeding in Henan Province for analysis,so as to understand the practical difficulties in the production and operation of dairy cattle breeding in Henan Province as a whole.It lays a foundation for finding out the restrictive factors of high quality development of dairy farming industry in Henan Province.Secondly,the research data were comprehensively analyzed,and the evaluation criteria for the high quality development level of dairy farming industry were introduced.Six dairy industry experts and university professors were invited from China Dairy Association,China Agricultural University,Wageningen University,etc.According to the standard requirements and combined with the survey data,the indexes of dairy farms at various levels were scored.The average of the scoring results was collected and rounded for scoring calculation.According to the calculation results,the high-quality development level of dairy farms in the sample was evaluated and graded.Based on the results and research data,the constraints of high-quality development of dairy farming in Henan Province were studied.The existence of these problems seriously restricts the further development of dairy farming in Henan Province.It mainly includes: low scale level;Aquaculture management is relatively extensive;The shortage of aquaculture professional and technical personnel;Dairy cattle breeding system is relatively imperfect;Fecal waste treatment technology is low level.Finally,based on the factors restricting the high quality development of dairy cattle breeding industry in Henan Province,in-depth analysis and research,combined with the actual situation,put forward reasonable solutions,including: Improve the scale of breeding,reduce the cost of breeding,promote fine management,optimize the structure of feed,build personnel,improve the management level,perfect the breeding system,speed up the supply of superior varieties,improve the treatment technology,and promote green development.Meanwhile,it is suggested that the government formulate supportive policies to promote the development of the industry.It is of great significance to promote the high quality development of dairy industry in Henan Province.
