Research On Evaluation Of High-quality Development Of Animal Husbandry In Shandong Province And Hindrance Factors

In order to promote the high-quality development of animal husbandry,thereby enhancing the competitiveness of China’s animal husbandry industry and ensuring people’s livelihood,the Party Central Committee and the State Council have put forward a series of important measures.Among them,animal husbandry as a part of agriculture,the development of animal husbandry can not only promote the high-quality development of agriculture to a certain extent,but also drive the development of rural economy.However,with the improvement of people’s living standards,the public’s demand for animal product quality and safety has further increased,and the traditional development methods are facing severe challenges.In the face of the new situation,we urgently need to re-examine the development of traditional animal husbandry and find a development method that meets the current requirements.The high-quality development of animal husbandry not only conforms to the general environment of China’s high-quality development,but also promotes the development of animal husbandry to a higher level.Therefore,studying the current situation of high-quality development of animal husbandry in Shandong Province,evaluating the high-quality development level of animal husbandry in Shandong Province,and finally identifying the main obstacles hindering the high-quality development of animal husbandry in Shandong Province have certain reference significance for promoting the high-quality development of animal husbandry in Shandong Province.On the basis of combing the relevant literature,combined with relevant theories such as high-quality development and sustainable development,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of high-quality development of animal husbandry in Shandong Province based on the actual development of animal husbandry in Shandong Province,and uses the entropy method to evaluate and analyze the high-quality development of animal husbandry in Shandong Province,so as to understand the high-quality development level of animal husbandry in Shandong Province.Then,on this basis,the obstacle model was used to analyze the obstacles to the high-quality development of animal husbandry in Shandong Province,and five main factors hindering the high-quality development of animal husbandry in Shandong Province were identified for analysis,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for the obstacles.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The high-quality development level of animal husbandry in Shandong Province showed a steady upward trend from 2012 to 2021 as a whole,gradually moving towards high quality,but the high-quality development level of animal husbandry in Shandong Province is still at a low level,and there is still some room for development.(2)Referring to the classification standards for high-quality animal husbandry,the high-quality development of animal husbandry in Shandong Province from 2012 to 2019 was at the third level,and from 2020,the high-quality development of animal husbandry entered the second level.(3)Among the three criteria for the high-quality development and development of animal husbandry,the criteria for improving output quality and efficiency account for the largest proportion,and the criteria for green ecological development account for the smallest.In the index layer,the weight of animal product quality and safety qualification rate is the largest,and the per capita meat,egg and milk production is the smallest.(4)The quality improvement and efficiency improvement of output in the criterion layer,the technological progress of animal husbandry,the mechanical feeding capacity,the qualification rate of animal product quality and safety,the contribution rate of nitrogen nutrients,and the contribution rate of phosphorus nutrients are the key obstacles affecting the high-quality development of animal husbandry in Shandong Province.In summary,based on the main obstacles to the high-quality development of animal husbandry in Shandong Province,this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions such as improving the quality safety of animal product quality and epidemic disease prevention and control system,ensuring the quality safety of animal product quality,promoting the reform and innovation of animal husbandry system and mechanism,and strengthening the breadth and depth of animal husbandry science and technology promotion,so as to provide theoretical support for the high-quality development of animal husbandry in Shandong Province.
